She referred us to SIU, and told us to expect a phone call in the morning, and that an appointment would be set up this week. Not only was that experience a complete waste of time, as we are no closer to figuring out what is wrong, we never got the phone call, and when we did, the SIU office had the complete wrong information, so we had to explain everything to them. They then set up an appointment for 3 weeks from now, despite urgent care plus staff saying we would have an appointment later this week. Also, because I am obviously not impressed, I figured I'd throw in the fact that the room we were put in was no less than 85 degrees. Will not be returning and would suggest to everyone that anyone needing an x ray to look elsewhere.

Incorrect charges, lack of receipts, unwilling to respond to requests for billing explanations-- they have me questioning whether I should report them to the AG. I would not recommend anyone go here unless you have the time to be your own accounting office and lawyer. If you don't, prepare to be charged hundreds of dollars with no explanation.

My foster daughter wanted to try this place because she has a very real fear of needles. In her…read moreinitial exam they promised her she would be "out of it" so she could get her dental work done. This was not the case. They did administer the "laughing gas" but it didn't do anything to calm her down. Dr. Maggie Schaefer Gilpin then proceeded to tell my daughter that "she is too old to be acting this way". My daughter was very distraught and upset and the dentist refused to talk to me about the situation. Since that appointment I have tried calling the office twice to get a school excuse for her absence that day. The first time I asked that it be emailed, the second time I asked it be faxed. I STILL haven't received anything. I highly recommend looking anywhere else.
