However, I was still charged a 50% cancellation fee. When I asked why he told me to contact the app directly. They informed me it was up to him to refund me. When I reached back out he said the policy is 50% and he refused to refund the money. He was rude, unprofessional and said he didn't care about my review. Can't speak on the cuts but the customer service was trash! You didn't explain. You told me to contact the app and that I cancelled within 24 hours... which I didn't. You then asked for screenshots I didn't have. I contacted you the next morning bc I got an email saying to reach back out to you for the refund, to which you still said no. While all this is going on, I got a stellar haircut from Paloma who cut my hair EXACTLY how I wanted out the gates.
