I came across Kree's Yelp page because of how close she was, but what really stood out was her website--the caliber and vibrancy of her photos were incredible. I knew right away she'd be a perfect fit for capturing my niece, both in her cap and gown and in her super colorful prom dress (which I was confident Kree could do justice!). From the moment I reached out, Kree was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The contract was simple and straightforward, pricing was fair and the breakdown of her packages were awesome. and she helped us agree on a time and location that worked perfectly, not far from our house either, which was a huge plus. On the day of the shoot, Kree arrived right on time and immediately made my niece feel comfortable. Since it was my niece's first time being professionally photographed, I appreciated how Kree guided her with poses and gave her direction to bring out her best angles. After meeting with her, my daughter and I knew she was the one we wanted to take pictures on that important day. On the day of my daughter's wedding, Tiffany was so energetic and had such great ideas. She has the most incredible ability to know exactly how to pose you so that you look your best. During the wedding, we encountered a couple of issues with the food and the DJ, and even though they had nothing to do with her part of the wedding, Tiffany stepped in, calmed my daughter and worked with the DJ and wait staff to resolve those issues. Tiffany has since done other pictures for us, and each time, we left her studio feeling so lucky to have found her. FINALLY received my pictures, then a phone call of her crying to plead to take down my review so I did, BUT now a year later I can't access my wedding photos, once again I've tried reaching out to her with no response AT ALL. I went to her office she wasn't there. Looks like Court is the next step. I should be able to access my photos whenever I want since I paid 2300 bucks for them. WILL NEVER REFER HER TO ANYONE.
