We knew we wanted a beach shoot at sunset and he recommended a time, showed up punctual with a very warm, welcoming vibe. It has taken me a long time to write this review. I found this photographer through Instagram. When…read morewe first talked, I explained that this was a surprise gift for my sister, who was expecting. She told me her pricing, and she was within my price range. Her photos were beautiful. Therefore, I decided to book her. She sent me her invoice and explained that I would get $50 off if I paid via Venmo. That was my first mistake. She after I booked her, she never sent me a contract with any details. I RECEIVED NOTHING. She let me know that I needed to notify her within 48 hours of the baby being born. My sister had her baby in late January. I informed her that the baby was born. I then proceed to provide her my sister's e-mail address. She had my sister booked within a week of my niece being born. They wanted family photos with the baby. She did make it work for them, so her partner could be part of it. I did appreciate that. After the shoot, my sister called me and said Nicole was terrific. She was great with the baby. Nicole let me sister know she was swamped but would do a sneak peek within 48 hours, and within two weeks, she would receive her gallery. She did not post the sneak peek picture until 3/5 on IG. Weeks had passed, and no pictures. I reached out to her, and she let me know turnaround times vary on her schedule because she was a birth doula. Had I had known this, I maybe wouldn't have booked my session with her. In late March, our Governer issues a shelter in place. Her county was not affected, and she continued doing shoots. Fine, not my concern, but unfortunately, it makes you upset to know you don't have your photos. Nicole had previously hosted a live video on IG, saying that she did not have to explain to her clients what she does with her time. I found this so odd, but now I understand. I reached out to her again and tell her my sister has postpartum, and I would like the images to try and cheer her up, and that because it has taken so long, she thinks she lost them. She replies with a defensive e-mail, saying that even though these are precious moments, there are more important things going on in the world. REALLY? You shot them 2/8 on 3/15; you still hadn't sent pictures. Yet, I need to be understanding. In all my communication with her, I was friendly and kind. My sister didn't get her pictures until NINE WEEKS after the baby was born. I am all for women who dabble in many things, do you, girl. Yet, you can't have this as a business practice. People spent a lot of money and trusted you with one of the most important things in their lives, and this is how you treat them? It is poor business etiquette. She did offer 20% OFF another session as an apology for the delay. WHY would I book again with her if she took that long to produce my product! She takes on more work than she can handle. I wish this experience would have turned out differently. If you want to wait for pictures, she is the photographer for you.

I was looking for a photographer in the Brentwood area as a graduation gift for my niece. She was…read moregraduating high school, and I wanted to make this moment extra special for her. I came across Kree's Yelp page because of how close she was, but what really stood out was her website--the caliber and vibrancy of her photos were incredible. I knew right away she'd be a perfect fit for capturing my niece, both in her cap and gown and in her super colorful prom dress (which I was confident Kree could do justice!). From the moment I reached out, Kree was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The contract was simple and straightforward, pricing was fair and the breakdown of her packages were awesome. and she helped us agree on a time and location that worked perfectly, not far from our house either, which was a huge plus. On the day of the shoot, Kree arrived right on time and immediately made my niece feel comfortable. Since it was my niece's first time being professionally photographed, I appreciated how Kree guided her with poses and gave her direction to bring out her best angles. She was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience fun. We received the edited photos about two weeks later, and they were amazing, better than I could have imagined. Kree truly captured my niece's personality and the significance of the moment. On the day of my daughter's wedding, Tiffany was so energetic and had such great ideas. She has the most incredible ability to know exactly how to pose you so that you look your best. During the wedding, we encountered a couple of issues with the food and the DJ, and even though they had nothing to do with her part of the wedding, Tiffany stepped in, calmed my daughter and worked with the DJ and wait staff to resolve those issues. She gave me a timeline of 4-6 weeks I would receive my pictures after wedding,then it changed to 8 weeks ( fine ) However I reach out to her (or try to ) and see where my pictures were ( 8 weeks after my wedding )I texted no answer couple days later I called no answer so I reached out to her on Facebook and finally she replied and they weren't ready yet. 10 weeks since my wedding I tried contacting her again with still no answers. FINALLY received my pictures, then a phone call of her crying to plead to take down my review so I did, BUT now a year later I can't access my wedding photos, once again I've tried reaching out to her with no response AT ALL. I went to her office she wasn't there. Looks like Court is the next step. I should be able to access my photos whenever I want since I paid 2300 bucks for them. WILL NEVER REFER HER TO ANYONE.
