I came across Kree's Yelp page because of how close she was, but what really stood out was her website--the caliber and vibrancy of her photos were incredible. I knew right away she'd be a perfect fit for capturing my niece, both in her cap and gown and in her super colorful prom dress (which I was confident Kree could do justice!). From the moment I reached out, Kree was super responsive and easy to communicate with. She gave me a timeline of 4-6 weeks I would receive my pictures after wedding,then it changed to 8 weeks ( fine ) However I reach out to her (or try to ) and see where my pictures were ( 8 weeks after my wedding )I texted no answer couple days later I called no answer so I reached out to her on Facebook and finally she replied and they weren't ready yet. 10 weeks since my wedding I tried contacting her again with still no answers. FINALLY received my pictures, then a phone call of her crying to plead to take down my review so I did, BUT now a year later I can't access my wedding photos, once again I've tried reaching out to her with no response AT ALL. I went to her office she wasn't there. Looks like Court is the next step. I should be able to access my photos whenever I want since I paid 2300 bucks for them. WILL NEVER REFER HER TO ANYONE.
