My husband and I wanted to spruce up my son's newly purchased 2004 Electric Blue PT Cruiser and were surprised to find an auto detailer just down the road from the university. We stopped by and spoke with the owner, Anthony, to set up an appointment. Anthony inspired confidence in us pointing out the areas that needed attention, how they would clean it, and make the car shine. He also let us know that he had a satisfaction guaranteed policy. The interior and engine had dust in every crevice and the exterior needed a quality wash and wax. We were impressed with the cleaning results and how that electric blue color sparkled in the sunlight. We would definitely use Victory Detailing again if we lived in the area.

But, chunks had been taken out of my tint. Yes, chunks! And scratches... Yes, the owner apologized. Offered to have the tint redone. But, I was not trusting them with my vehicle again!
