THIS CAR WASH WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE! I used this car wash for the 1st time on 3/20/23. When I was inside the wash, one of the pieces of equipment hit my car so hard on the front passenger side that it caused my car to rock back and forth. When I excited the wash, I noticed that the car made a clunking sound. I reported this to the manager and then noticed heavy scraping on my front passenger bumper. The manager said that it was probably the tire washer and politely filled out a claim. However, ZIPS quickly denied they were in the wrong and claimed no piece of their equipment would do that damage. They lie, but know they can get away with denials because who has timely before pictures of their vehicle? The only way to ensure your car isn't damaged is to AVOID this place. read more

My car was damaged by a malfunction at this car wash and it's been 6 weeks of trying to get them to repair it and I've had it. The regional manager, JOSHUA AGBONA told me six weeks ago he'd get back to me in 72 hours.....I've called, emailed and met with the manager to confirm the incident via testimony of the manager on duty when my car was damaged and again told we'll get back to you in 72 hours. My Prius is probably totaled due to the electrical damage they caused. I've gotten nowhere with AGBONA and am going to social media, BBB, and an attorney to get them to repair the damage their car wash caused. The car wash literally picked my car up several times and dropped it and it went off track causing it to stop and then the car behind me ran into my car so hard it jolted the system enough to cause all the warning lights to go on. We went through the car paid 16.00 for a car wash. When we came out the truck still had soap all over it. We went to go to a vacuum and had to move around to four different ones until we found one that somewhat worked. I wouldn't recommend this car wash to anyone. read more

Worst car wash in town!!!! I've had a membership for a couple months, when The car wash is working you'll have a nice long wait. Mostly because of the employees. The wash constantly breaks down leaving you with the manager shrugging his shoulders and saying sorry. When this place was new it was great,they even gave a sucker out before you drove through, and cleaned my car great! I think something has changed because I drove through yesterday in my new car that was not very dirty. It had lots of wheel dirt and lots of stripes upon exiting where the brushes did not hit. Furthermore, I had to drive thru a couple pot holes Immediately exiting the car wash. Beware of your power-coated rims. And why get tire bright if I have to go through a mud-hole while exiting. Just saying... my guess would be new brushes and a bit of asphalt. Two stars because it used to be great!! I was in a hurry or I would have asked for my money back! Where is service going these days?
