We ended our evening at Sjefietshe for dessert and a nightcap, and it was the perfect finale to a wonderful day in Amsterdam.
We shared the chocolate ganache with blood orange ice cream and hibiscus, and all I can say is... wow! The rich, velvety chocolate paired beautifully with the cold, tart blood orange ice cream. The hibiscus added just the right touch of floral brightness, creating a dessert that was both balanced and memorable.
Every bite was a delicious contrast of flavors and textures--rich, refreshing, sweet, and tangy all at once.
