Minimal downtime as Francisco ordered the parts ahead of time (I needed a new door plus body work). I took it in on a Monday afternoon and Francisco called me with updates along the way. It was ready Thursday (3 days!) They even cleaned/vacuumed it out for me (it was a real mess!). Additionally, since I needed to pay out of pocket for a new windshield, Francisco let me arrange to have a local company put in the windshield while it was at their shop, so I wasn't further inconvenienced.
