For example, when I received the pictures they were watermarked and I didn't expect that. In addition, the photographer showed up earlier than expected started taking pictures, again with the budget we didn't expect. However, I did agree to pay for her time, which I contested when the bill arrive. The photographer didn't realize I had already pre-paid funds towards this day; which wasn't reflected on the bill. From the start clarity just didn't happen. It took three weeks to receive proofs. The photographer was good at my church as was great with the older members of my family. Ask for all the information upfront and you won't experience this issue.

I live in Chicago, but wanted our photos done in Madison. Strictly communicating by email we were able to set up a photo shoot that very week. I thought there was no way we would get a great picture, we have three small children (and a dog!) that are not the easiest to photograph, but she managed to get them in these amazing shots, capturing everyones personalities.
