I employed "Skals IT" to speed up my laptop and fix the "no sounds" out of speakers or headphones…read moreissue it recently had. Had happened in the last two days, were working and just suddenly stopped working. But did work to an external source like extended screen. The good - he accessed my laptop by remote connection and he cleared a lot of bloatware with CC Cleaner free version. And did get my laptop to run better. But he couldn't get my sound to work on on speakers or headphones and after uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek drivers a few times, he stated that the sound-card must have failed on the laptop, which either requires a used motherboard to be fitted (because new aren't available) or buy a new laptop. The bad: So I did some digging and found an app called "Fortrek for windows". I paid for one year's service and "Fortrek" went right through my laptop, cleared up more junk on it AND updated every driver that was out of date. It rebooted my laptop after all processes and guess what? My sound is now working on the speakers and on the headphones perfectly.

Now 2 cameras plus equipment are now $650. I was uncertain and told him I'd call them to schedule installation. Since they don't respect appointments I had my mother wait on them to come install the equipment, they wanted a check. I left it with my mother and went to work. On my way to she calls to tell me they'll start installation when they receive they check and the payment goes through (meaning another day wasted) so they were going to send their technician out to pick up the check then schedule the appointment when they feel like it. This company left a really bad impression to my family who were also interested in contracting them. Is it so difficult to send clients to collections if they're owing you? Why let others pay (waste time) cause apparently other clients are owing them (that's what they told my mother)

When I moved, he removed the bracket and reinstalled it with my TV and speaker at my new place, along with a Samsung Frame TV and another speaker below. The setup looks clean and well done. I had a couple of concerns: during the Frame install, it sounded like he may have hit metal when drilling, and during the previous bracket reinstall, I briefly worried about the electrical panel behind. Also, the blue protective blankets left dye on my tile floors, which took a few scrubs to remove -- so a heads-up if you have porous tiles.
