Gross.

Yeah, skate facilities are known to be a bit grimy and not the cleanest places... but this place goes beyond that. The bathrooms were beyond disgusting. They had zero soap and instead threw up some massive generic bottle of hand sanitizer. Of which, no kid would even use that (I witnessed first hand) probably due to the size and their inability to read and know what it's for ‍ I mean they are young kids that frequent places like this, make the conveniences easy for them to use... the toilet areas were dirty, unkept and clogged easily (witnessed again first hand) The kids leaving the bathrooms never washed their hands and went straight to the games... and I can pretty much guarantee those don't get cleaned either. If this place wants more customers... and survive as a business, I would highly recommend an overhaul on the bathrooms, and hire someone to be cleaning and maintaining the facilities and common areas at all times.

This place is great. Fair price and a good time for the kids! I wish they would open in the mornings for adult exercise program.

Everyone loves this place and I see why. The speed skating here is great and the hockey is fun too.

My kids and I decided to skate while in Denver for spring break. It was a very nice facility and well run. We had a blast!

We had a birthday party here for a second year, and the staff here are nice.

I really appreciate how the rink is set up. The center is clearly marked off, which helps keep people practicing doing middle work from drifting into the main traffic flow. It makes the whole floor feel more organized and safer for everyone. The rink itself feels like it's on the larger side, so there's plenty of room to skate without feeling cramped. Adult nights are especially fun. They lean more into electro and dance music, which keeps the energy up. Pricing is reasonable, and I love seeing how they give back to the community. The last time I was there, they were collecting food donations for a local pantry, which says a lot about the kind of business they are. There's also a back room with video games and a smaller practice space that's separate from the main floor, which is a huge plus if you want to work on something. Around the rink, there's plenty of seating for breaks, with storage cubbies underneath, which is super convenient. Overall, it's a really solid rink with a great atmosphere and a strong sense of community. Definitely worth checking out, especially for adult night.

This was a fun little outing in downtown Denver, right off the 16th street mall. The string lights…read moreand decorations (which aren't super visible in my photo) make this a very cute rink. A group of six of us went on a Sunday afternoon, and it was crowded, but we didn't have to wait long to get our skates. The way it works is that the ice skating rink is free, but you have to pay to rent skates. If you own your own skates, then, the experience is completely free! To rent skates, you wait outside in front of a little booth and get a wrist and then go to the window next to that one and say which size you'd like. Despite the rink being crowded, the wait for skates was very short. Service was friendly and efficient. The skates weren't the highest quality, and they use ski boot like buckles rather than laces, but I can't complain given the convenience and price. The ice rink gets smoothed over/cleaned using a Zamboni every so often, and when that happens, you can stand by fire pit stands (I'm not sure what they're called?) or sit on the benches right outside the rink. We stayed for about an hour and a half to two hours and had a good time. This is a great activity for families and friends alike!

As someone who skates 3-4 times a week, affordability matters. This rink makes it possible to keep…read moredoing what I love without spending a fortune. It's definitely could use some updates, especially the floor, but that's the trade-off for having some of the lowest entry prices you'll find anywhere. I've paid double at other rinks. One thing I really appreciate is that they only charge for rental skates if you actually need them. I've been to other rinks where the price is the same whether you bring your own skates or not. It's nice not paying for something I don't need or want. When you skate as often as I do, those savings add up fast. It's honestly getting harder to find affordable entertainment these days, so I really appreciate having a place where I don't have to give up my hobby just to make ends meet. It's also a great, healthy activity. I really value anything that gets me moving and away from a screen. The staff & management are friendly, they try to play music everyone will enjoy. The bathrooms are clean and there's a shelf with cubbies along the wall for your shoes and belongings, but lockers available if you prefer to secure your items. My only real criticism is that I wish the rink floor was cleaned more often. There's been quite a bit of gum on the floor recently. At the end of the day, this place keeps roller skating accessible and affordable, and that alone makes it worth it.
