I stand by every single word in my review. Of course she's going to back up her response! I did go back because when I left my appointment the girl at the front desk. I just confirmed that I still had lips left in my package she confirmed yes you do so I went back for that very thing they called me in at my appointment time and when the same Assistant came in we discussed the lip filler as that was the only thing left in my package and it was confirmed the last appointment again. I stated she left the room talked with the owner came back in and said like it was already rehearsed lol oh there's nothing.$$$left in your package because we used it the last time when we used better fillers I had no knowledge at all of the better fillers because the package had specific services which include included lip filler, and they confirmed it when I left the last appointment! Now that's why I went back and now all of a sudden they use better fillers on my face so there's nothing left for the lips even though it was itemized being I had an event to attend and I was going away. I said well then how much is this going to cost and I was not nice about it because I was completely upset that they scammed me once again then the owner came in and it was a big deal and it was going to be 650 because they were discounting it so they said really I get my lips done for less than 500 in Orange County! Whatever I just wanted it done because I had the appointment and I was leaving! $$$650 unbelievable!! total scam. Unbelievable. I thought I was on candid camera because I couldn't believe that scam that was still going on! I do have it all on tape, but I thought New York was a two consent state, but it is actually only one! so now I have to make that decision because they did scam me! read more

First time here. Solid place especially for Blauvelt, NY! Only mentionable issue is that they were 20 minutes late for my treatment which was kind of frustrating. ( especially because it didn't seem that busy). For a salon/spa I would expect one of the staff to have told me they were running late or explain it just a bit. That didn't happen and I sat in the lounge/waiting area which was cute. My treatment was lovely. The place felt clean and the staff seemed experienced. I would definitely go back and try them again. They offer a lot of services and the pricing is fair. They offer some great deals and for a local spa it works. read more

I had a great experience at the Monroe, NY Melange Med Spa. The atmosphere was very welcoming and pleasant and the facial room was probably the nicest I've seen! It was a very relaxing and serene setting and the aesthetician was awesome! She was very knowledgeable, thorough and also personable. Yes very poor management. My Appointments were poorly scheduled and changed twice too. My spa treatment was for a Visit A facial. I was suppose to get a skin analysis, never got it. I was supposed to get a skin care product consultation, never got it. At the end of my treatment I was supposed to get a complimentary beverage, never got it. I paid for a product the receptionist couldn't even tell me how to use it. I have to go back again because we bought a package. We'll see how the other treatments turn out read more

My biggest gratitude to both Christina (the RN) and Jill (spa director). They were so informative and kind. They made me feel like there were alot of options to help me feel better about me and how I look. Turning 50 was hard, but after visiting them and taking their advice I look 40! Also, one of my concerns were my dark spots on my face. Annette suggested an EpiReset and I cannot believe the change!! I trust Annette explicitly. Poor management in this spa. My very 1st appointment had to get canceled because they did not have enough staff members (or they mis-scheduled me...not sure which). Then my 2nd appointment got canceled by them without a phone call to me letting me know. The costs of their treatments are extreme. read more
