Poor communication and delays: It took me over 5 months to schedule a filler appointment last year because the manager, Mai, did not respond to my repeated emails (attached). I only got a response once I called the office, and even then, it felt like I was chasing them just to give them my business. 2. Inconsistent and misleading pricing: I was originally quoted $575 for under-eye filler in writing (attached) but was later charged $700 for the same service. This inconsistency in pricing is unacceptable, especially when it is clearly documented in their own emails. 3. Clinic-to-clinic confusion - I was quoted $1,500 for 2 syringes of PDGF in Park Ridge ($3,000 for 4), but later told by Millburn staff that their baseline price was actually $1,800 for 2 syringes. Most importantly, when I specifically asked Park Ridge if the 20% off promo at Millburn would apply to the same service and was told yes, no one told me that Millburn's pricing was higher. That critical detail should have been mentioned upfront so I could make an informed decision. Overall, between the lack of responsiveness, the long wait just to schedule, and the bait-and-switch style pricing, I cannot recommend SkinSpirit. Patients deserve transparency, consistency, and respect for their time, none of which I experienced here.

Last February I had gotten Botox and lip filler for the first time ever. It was recommended by a friend so I figured I'd give it a go. When I went in for my Botox it was given to me so quick without much information. About a week later my eyebrows were completely lopsided to the point you could visible tell. I went back to ask them if there was anything they could do about it and he told me to give it another week or two. So i did and it was still the same if not worse! When I went back I tried to explain it to him and I felt like he thought I was crazy. Even though you could tell just by looking at my that my one eyebrow was MUCH higher then the other. I'm a shy person when it comes to these things but again I tried to explain and he didn't really care what I had to say. Shot me up with more Botox and sent me on my way. Another week went by and my eyebrows were so bad that people were staring at me. I called the office to explain and the doctor wouldn't even come on the phone. He told the front desk to tell me to "wait it out again". I had to stay like that for 3 months ( how embarrassing ) until the botox wore off. When I got my lip filler they didn't even numb me. They sat me in the chair and did it so fast ( it was painful and uncomfortable ) and when he inserted the needle it went right through my lips not even on the top or bottom lines. I was left with massive bumps and he told me to go home and massage them. Again I waited two weeks and the bumps were getting bigger and bigger. When I asked why that was happening he had the nerve to laugh and tell me I was impatient and that I needed to wait. I was so upset with how unprofessional this was. I waited an entire month to two months before going back and showing him how bad the filler was placed and how big the bumps were and he AGAIN told me to wait. It's been over a year now and the bumps are so bad that it's been a nightmare for me to even smile in pictures. I went to a new place and they told me they have never see such bad placement of filler before. Now spending ridiculous amounts of money to dissolve them ( almost three times now ) and get them refilled. Safe to say my first experience with cosmetic procedures was an awful one thanks to this place
