I'm thinking 'tis was 2 trips to Cabazon ago that I shopped here for a new pair of work sneakers that will be long lasting since I'm on my feet quite a bit throughout the day if I'm not sitting down in my classroom. I was able to locate decent sales here and bought a pair of new Sketchers that were slip-ons at less than 3-digits. I'll have to add pics later. This is the usual Factory store we normally go stocking up at least 1x a year on shoes whilst other necessity items, we can stock up from more trips to avoid shopping at malls altogether. Cashier line was fast: there was prolly just 1 customer ahead of me and that was it. Will be back again. read more

I don't usually write a review about a retail experience but this time I really want to. It is very rare to find a retail salesperson that will listen to your request, much less go out of their way to serve you. But Julian is a one of special and rare breed. When I walked into the Sketchers outlet, Friday, I was already in a negative state of mind. This was the third such store I had visited in a week and I still had not found the shoes I wanted in my size. My wife and I, who had both left out glasses in the car, look through the racks and could only find one pair that interested me in my size, but they were not what I really came in for. Then we saw the sale "buy one get one half price" so we decided to continue looking for one that met my original need. Rack after rack, style after style and no luck with my size ( extra wide 13). When I reached the frustration level I saw a sales associate and, with very little hope, I asked if he could help me find a "black step in" extra wide size 13. With the most considerate attitude and a smile he found not one but two. Then he talked to me about the benefits of each and made a recommendation, and mention that if I bought two, I would get the third one free. He was not pushy( I resent pushy salesmen) he just mentioned it as an option. Well I bought all three and walked out really feeling indebted for his kindness and help. I went in to buy two pairs of shoes. Left without one due to rudeness of the clerk. I am surprised how they randomly target people and seem to enjoy being rude. I watched interactions with others too and it was interesting how this clerk behaved. Although nowadays you can hide behind a mask and get away with just about anything. Great selection right now. Customer service is hard to get ahold of, so I don't recommend having them ship shoes to you, but in store purchases are great! Previous 1 star review that I was able to resolve after 6 months ‍ : I paid for a pair of shoes on April 11th of this year be delivered to my home from this store (because the store didn't carry my size) and never received them. I've called to follow up no less than 7 times and each time was promised a call back with no solution or reimbursement. Very frustrating. At this point my time is worth more than the $50 shoes. You know what, everyone keeps knockin Skechers. How it's "cheap" quality. Well I beg to differ. As a nurse, I'm on my feet for hours and hours at work. I own several pairs of Skechers and none of them disappoint. Style wise, they are mediocre. But comfort wise, they get the job done. But back to review the store: it's your typical outlet store. Crowded, and merchandise everywhere. But there were enough staff to assist customers which is a plus. There were more than enough sizes available. And the deal has always been buy one, get one 50% off... They've had this deal since last year right before Black Friday. Overall, the service was good. Shoes are COMFORTABLE. Prices are fair. Not a big fan of skechers shoes. They wear funky, and there is a great difference in fit with a size. But hey....this is about the store. Very clean, it's over staffed so they manage to keep things orderly. They indeed have a ton of shoes in various different styles if so inclined to buy them. Sadly, they are just a little cheaper than or on par with other real name brand shoes, so you don't save much. As a guy that was conned into stopping here on the way to Palm Springs by friends, it's a little annoying. It's out in the middle of nowhere and you will undoubtedly have cellphone connectivity problems. No updating facebook to fun things like. My wife and I like Skechers but the one at the Cabazon factory outlets on I-10 in California needs a new manager......we have been there 3 times already in Oct and Nov and while the stock is good the checkout is just ridiculous.......at most they have 2 staff working the checkout and some of the time only one person......the checkout staff don't seem to know what they are doing and often have someone from the second register showing them how to do stuff.....other staff seem to be amused by the long lines and are laughing and joking and having a good time......apparently this store doesn't care about good customer service and checking customers out quickly....we waited in line a good 30 minutes on the last visit as my wife wanted the shoes.......I would have left... read more

I would give 0 star for this store if I could. Their customer services is extremely bad. The cashier and sales associates are rude. Also be aware that this store only has ONE bench, that's it! (Are you seriously kidding me! This is a shoe store, they need to have more than enough benches for customers to sit on and try their shoes. Their friends, who also will be their potential customers, need a place to sit while waiting. Their customers literately have no place to sit to try on shoes nor wait for their friends when they shop, this is very unreasonable and inconvenient. I generally don't like deception. The AAA coupon notes 10% off entire purchase and it may be combined with in store promotion. The cashier insisted it was only 10% off the first item I bought. I bought two pairs of shoes, with 50% off a second pair (in store promotion). Since my coupon reads 10% off "ENTIRE PURCHASE" I figured it was 10% ENTIRE PURCHASE. The store clerk insisted it was only off the first pair. Then she said "Talk to a manager because I'm just following the rules..." without any appreciation for how deceptive their coupon is. I saw no point in fighting over a few dollars but felt the need to warn you all that they will capriciously make up rules on their own coupons as they please. This place is poorly managed overall, as they have not properly set up the store to accommodate long lines. Will never come back here again. read more

They both have been very attentive and are very sweet and funny.
