My husband wanted all black Chuck Taylors and I easily found some that matched that description in his size. I'm a little more picky so I didn't buy my Chucks today, but I'll probably go back and pick some up once I decide what color or style that I want. Upon walking in, I thought it was bigger than the Dick's near my house. However, I think they're comparable in season because my usual location is two stories and this one is one level. We told a young lady what we were looking for and she walked us over to the area. We were able to find one mesh book bag. The price of the book bags were $19.99 in store, but $9.99 online. At each store, we brought it to the cashier's attention and they did a price adjustment to match the online price. My kids always need things because they place sports so I'm sure I'll be back.

The sales process was…read morefine, but when we were checking out some random employee starts telling me that the insoles (not their inserts) I had put in my pocket had to go back in the shoes. They were my wife's insoles that they had taken out of her shoes. When I showed them to the guy he goes "oh we're all right then." I felt like this guy basically accusing me of shoplifting after dropping $1600 bucks on inserts. Didn't introduce himself the entire hour we were there and no apology. Pretty crappy way to end what was otherwise a good experience.
