They were to big and I decided I couldn't afford them. I took them back to the store. Staff said I waited to long to return them, 60 days is what they give the customer to return stuff. I explained that I live 22 miles away and therefore don't get to their part of town very often. I explained that making a separate trip just to return the shoes was not in my budget, most of the reason why I couldn't afford them anyway!! Staff said I was 10 days (TEN DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!) to late & all they would do for me was an in store credit. I called corp headquarters and they said the store has the last word & corp couldn't help me.

The company canceled the order cause it was out of stock. Nothing but the run around from this company. I will never buy from them again.

I went really only for an amazon return drop off as i was in the area and stood in line for what totaled about 20 minutes, most of which was spent as the next person in line with literally no one in front of me or being helped at the desk but with 6 associates standing behind the desk all except for one completely ignoring me and the accumulating people behind me in line which ended up being about 15 people at the end. It's just my interpretation but seemed like these women were all ignoring me deliberately except for one nice lady who was clearly busy and acknowledged me twice to apologize and even asked her manager to help me but the manager decided not to i guess as she just looked at me and said/did nothing. I finally spoke up and said, I'm sorry but will there be someone available to help me? SIX of these women all then Yelled at me, all in unison as if I'm was crazy to even say anything. They Yelled at me. So i yelled back and told them they don't need to all yell at me as I'm just asking for help. Then a random guy behind me took it upon himself to jump on this opportunity to berate me and call me names including the C word as though I'm somehow being difficult by asking for service. His girlfriend tried to stop him and he was being threatening. I will never shop at this store again as it's clearly not even safe.

I think this one in particular has an older crowd as regulars leaving the more of the younger clothes for people my age. Usually the clothes are in disarray and in general the place is a bit of a mess. The employees just can't keep up and many of the customers are just plain slobs. I've never seen the employees on the floor, they are usually behind the counter or at the dressing rooms. I hate the fact that you can only take 8 items to try on, and that a 2 piece bathing suit counts as 2. What a pain! I do like being able to find name brand clothes and shoes at discount prices. I love a deal and if you have the time and patience you can usually find something at Ross.

When I went back and explained that we must have had a misunderstanding and gave them the opportunity to make it right they failed to stand behind their product.
