It used to be a great store with well stocked shelves plenty of inventory, plenty of associates all around the store to help. These days, the doors at one end of the store are no longer in use, everyone must enter at the right end of the store. Kohls is now sharing the storefront with Sephora's name as well. Additionally, the shelves are very bare, lots of empty space from inventory needing to be restocked. Not sure what the future holds for Kohl's, but this store especially does not seem promising

I'm sure they could stand to part with a coupe bucks to honor the promotion... but instead just pretty much ruined my experience. Sorry guys. Not the best way to handle this. Unfortunately now when I look at the necklaces I bought, I'll be reminded of the poor customer experience I had.
