I was very wrong, as for men the only options they have are 5 suits in the entryway of the shop. The owner was the one helping me and my mother, to which we had to ignore all her sly comments throughout and making us feel dumb because what we were looking for "just isn't a thing." A cream colored dress shirt isn't a thing? Anyways.. We end up picking the suit right off a picture basically, nothing custom or changed about it, we were settling at this point. Paid, left. Still felt very unhappy, so one hour later we arrived at a different suit store, had exactly everything I wanted and more, they were astounded to hear the story about bridal connections, said they have frequently heard complaints about them. Purchased the exact suit I wanted and everything down to the shoes. Paid $60 less, and called to get a refund from bridal connections maybe 2 hours since leaving their store. Bridal connections told us NO refund, even though they haven't ordered the suit or sent the work order in yet, we still don't get a refund since we already paid for it. She cancelled the paperwork, and told me I'm out of luck bud. We are disputing the charge with our bank of course since no service was performed or received. Overall sorry for the long book I just wrote, I would HIGHLY recommend shopping at any other place , at least for suits. This is a MONEY GRAB and a SLIMEY way for a "small business" to do business. The insults we received, the terrible quality suits and small amount of options, they just want your money and to hold on to it as long as they can. Would've even loved the owner to reach out and ask me what's wrong with the purchase, no. Complete shutdown once they receive payment. Please don't waste your money and time going here, and if they insult you I would hope you speak up for yourself unlike how we didn't!

Service is where they really stood out. When I explained the situation, they promised to put a rush on the tailoring in case events happened more quickly than expected. Turns out, hours later I was calling as she'd passed away, with still unclear timeline on services and when I'd need to travel to be at them. Luckily, it turns out the rush was no joke. Less than 6 hours after getting fitted for the new suit, I was picking it up from Mr. B's. Everyone there knew of my situation and was there to make sure everything turned out perfect. Fit was fantastic, and they were careful to make sure I'd considered all the accessories I needed to go with it. This service was really beyond what I could have dreamed of. Years ago, I noticed that the dress shirts I wore for work that continued to stay in my rotation and I received the most compliments on were all from Backroom/Henry's. Their service is always the best, and you truly get your money's worth. I'm in the process of rebuilding my wardrobe following my weight loss and Henry's/Mr. B will be my primary source for any categories they offer.

Then told me the dress wasn't out of stock 1 day after telling me there were 3 left in stock. Now it's a month before my wedding and my wedding dress is literally falling apart at the seams. This should not be happening on a $2,000 dollar dress. I called the store to see what could be done and was informed that nothing could be done and I have to pay to get it fixed myself. As the lady on the phone told me this she did not sound sorry at all and was rather quite rude about it. I am not a fan of people who call businesses just to yell.
