For example our garbage was missed twice now while all others were picked up. The truck did not even slow down! In general they do respond, our property managers is good with that - and our board needs to approve work-orders so they can not be held accountable for that. For their part they do what they are contracted to do. Volunteers in our neighborhood cut up a very large tree that had fallen and moved it to the road. I now have a large stump which we look at every time I sit at our kitchen table as it is right there. While volunteers cut and removed the tree, when the weather warms, we expect the stump to removed and something put in it's place. So while our association recently move to Wood bridge, they have been great to date... let's see what will happen with the tree stump and replacement. Bill Gunther
