We booked Ski Taxi in October for a late December trip to Park City. The communication hit the right balance - quick confirmation of our dates, followed by intermittent contact as needed, and confirmation of final details as our trip approached. We had a special request of booster seats for our children (8 and 6), which was easily met and remembered for our return trip to the airport. Ubers were stuck in SLC due to a road closure, and I was running late to catch a flight. I called Ski Taxi, and they were able to send someone to my house right away and take me to the airport. Not reliable. They left an executive stranded at SLC on June 7. The ground transportation was confirmed but nobody showed up. Nobody texted or called about any changes to the reservation. Just no-showed. Don't recommend for business use. read more

Honest Experience: Their covid prevention is absolutely horrible, I was disgusted that the owner sneezed with no mask on in the front seat. His Knowledge of the area was sub par. The pick up was late to begin with. The car smelled like cigarette smoke. If you have no other options and are stranded, well maybe take your chances with these guys, but if you want a good vacation experience all together I would think an uber would do better. read more

Excellent service. Drivers were professional, courteous and friendly. They were also knowledgeable about the area, which was nice. They were exactly on time to pick us up. My only advice is if you have ski equipment, you should go with their SUV rather than the minivan. This is simply because the seat configuration in their brand of minivan doesn't allow for putting bags in that have any length to them. At least if you also have a bunch of passengers. Ryan was absolutely AMAZING! We called him last minute on Sunday to get a ride to the airport after trying to get an Uber for 20 minutes and no cars were available. He came as soon as possible (in 15 minutes from my call) and got my party to the airport so quickly. He even texted me timing updates we waited so we were able to be outside ready to go upon his arrival. The ride was smooth and comfortable and Ryan was so nice to talk to. There was more than enough room in the suburban for 4 large suitcases. Never again will I use Uber while in Park City...I will only be using Ryan and Ski Taxi going forward! read more

Uber prices were surged the first Sunday of Sun Dance Film Festival and they were quoting almost $300 for an Uber XL from Park City to Salt Lake City airport. Since our group had planned on using an Uber for transportation, I located Ski Taxi on Yelp last minute. When I called and requested a taxi for 6 people including luggage and skis, I was relieved when they quoted me $135 and said they could be there in 15 minutes. The driver arrived promptly, loaded up our bags, and got us to the airport with time to spare. You can pay with a credit card and leave a tip on the card. read more

Awesome service! Ryan was on time to and from our trip to the airport. On the way there we wanted to stop at the grocery store, and he ended up dropping off some of the group at one store, some at another, and was so accommodating. On the way back, we requested a 6:00am shuttle, but realized the day before this was cutting it a little close and asked to change to 5:30am (sorry about that by the way...). He switched the time no problem! Also the most reasonable prices I could find through any shuttle service, so that's a big bonus :] Will definitely be using Ski Taxi every time I'm in Park City. read more

These guys are professional courteous and reasonably priced. No reason to look any further. The resorts tried to charge me 65 for a group shuttle and these guys aren't much more for you to have your own vehicle. Vehicles are clean and well maintained. It's a no brainer! read more

Ski Taxi was recommended to us by one of the local hotels. We had a somewhat complex request: we wanted a ride to the airport from Deer Valley, we needed two toddler car seats, and we wanted to stop for two hours along the way so the kids could go tubing at Gorgoza Park (we had a late flight out of SLC). Disappointing service. Driver was nice but apparently smokes a tremendous amount in the minivan which must be her personal car. As a result, the car smells like an ashtray. The owner sent me an angry email after I complained to the St. Regis about this. Maybe he should tell his mother who was the driver to quit smoking in the car instead.. read more
