I googled abs called Four Seasons when my mother in laws plane was late into SLC causing her to miss her connection and the last flight of the day to her destination for Christmas travel. There were no hotel shuttles even to airport hotels due to COVID. My mother in law is legally blind, requiring a wheel chair to avoid floor level trips and hazards so navigating an unfamiliar airport, collecting luggage and trying to find a taxi would have been virtually impossible for her. Four Season's sent Brandi, to meet her at the airport, help collect luggage and get her checked in to her hotel for the night. She met my mother in law again in the morning to do the reverse for her rebooked flight. Brandi was on time, exceptionally caring and accommodating. Our family uses Four Season Concierge Transportation every time we visit Park City / SLC and the service is always 5-star. We have young kids and reserving car/booster seats is very easy. I just returned from a trip that we (20 people) used Four Seasons Concierge for transport services between SLC and Park City (round trip). Their service is amazing, well organized, and perfect communication (emails and messages) from the moment our plane landed to the moment they dropped us at the rental home and the other way around when we were leaving. We used Four Seasons for a trip to Park City. I set up the reservations 3 mos in advance. I had planned to call them the day before we left to confirm our service b/c I had not received any emails or text notifications from them, but I forgot. I had to call the day of travel while in the airport. The office voicemail went through several rounds of messaging, not offering an option to reach someone immediately. I dialed '0' for an operator, but I was told that was not an appropriate response. It ended my call. I called the owner, Sam Rubin, and had to leave a voice mail. We got on our plane, w/o knowing if we had transportation or not. Once we landed, I received emails and a text about our driver and was finally able to speak to our driver, Chad. I had a similar experience with notifications for the trip home. This time, though, I was able to speak with Mr. Rubin. I told him that I had not received any emails or notifications. I don't recall him apologizing. He just confirmed who our driver was (Garrett) and our pick up time. I asked him if we could make our pick up time earlier and he was able to do that, which made me feel better about getting to the airport in time. The experience with the drivers themselves was very positive, otherwise, I would've given a lower rating. Both Chad and Garrett were punctual, friendly, safe drivers. I don't know if I'd use this service again, though, b/c of the problems with the notifications. Not knowing if you have transportation while traveling is stressful. read more

We had a group of 7 skiing. 5 left earlier in the day via the rental care and 2 stayed back b/c of later flights (me and my buddy). The Uber app was apparently down for the day so NO Ubers were in Park City area. We scrambled and called at least a dozen separate places. Sam was the only person that could get us a car in time and both of us made our flights. The driver was great, the vehicle was great and the ride was great as advertised. I first met these drivers at the Salt Lake City airport. Nice cars clean, well maintained, have benefits such as phone chargers and the service is excellent. They have good selection of sizes so that if you traveling with the group, it's possible to fit six or seven people it's easy to use one vehicle. They have a super easy website to book a ride and will also share cell phones. Their service is perfect. Although I have only use them to get around Salt Lake City, I understand they do a great service to Park city. read more

We travel a ton and the personal service, the friendlily, responsible, clean, prompt and knowledgable service from Dwayne and his crew of great people at Four Seasons would rival any transportation service we've ever used. I don't know if it's customary to provide the level of service that we rec'v from Four Seasons, but they always remember our kids names, when and were we like to be picked up, little conveniences like a coffee and a warm clean luxury vehicle which make travel feel special. Absolutely every driver with Four Season is the nicest, most professional, reliable and caring person you'd ever want to meet. I really think this makes a difference in their service. We often use them for large corporate events, family trips and even quick get-a-ways for my wife and myself. We love Four Season. Would never use another company!
