In terms of my most recent experience, I came in for a haircut and asked for a trim around my ears and a taper. My barber then cut ALL of my hair and gave me a high and tight. Incredible frustrating how that panned out. Second, I asked for a beard trim and to NOT touch my mustache, and somehow he managed to damn near shaved off my whole mustache. So in conclusion, I went from looking like an IPA loving hipster, to a construction worker mad that someone scuffed my Tim's at the McDonalds. Lastly, for some odd reasons the barbers faced myself and another customer directly at each other and it was incredibly awkward. I wasn't sure if I should f*ck him with my eyes or close them and pray to god my hair wouldn't make me look like the next Calvert county domestic case. I wanted someone ANYONE to help me and just fix the mess and after checking out the most recent reviews and seeing they take last minute appointments AND were open on a Monday I quickly scheduled an appointment and was taken when I arrived. A younger girl with glasses took me to her station asked me what was the problem or what I wanted and took me to have my hair washed. She was super friendly, super understanding and as nervous as I was, she totally understood what my issue was. When I am nervous, I talk and talk and talk and she did not make it uncomfortable for me. Wonderful experience equally as wonderful haircut and my hair smells so delicious. It wasn't until I got home, but I saw I had a coupon for products. I definitely will be back and will make sure to buy some of the products that made my hair smell so good.

Who knew finding a good barber was such a challenge. That being said John's fade has me driving 3 hours just to get a hair cut. He's been consistent and definitely been hard to replace. He's always been great with my kids and I would recommend him to anyone.
