When I was scheduled for my first facial I was texted the day before it and told the aesthetician quit and they didn't have anyone trained to perform the service. I kept checking back and nobody hired. Finally in June I asked the manager to get the contract canceled and get my money back. She said it was taken care of and that I didn't have to worry about my August payment. All that happened was Cherry took a small amount off the balance of the loan due. I also purchased a $900 terzepetide program through them in July (didn't finance as I was having a hard time getting them to stop the financing and get me the credit). I was to receive the shots in the mail in 1-1/2 weeks. It is now August and have not received them. Multiple calls to 4Ever young to get both of these canceled and get my money back and got the runaround. I called by credit card company and disputed the Cherry technologies contract and the 4Ever young terzepetide program (never got a receipt or brochures or anything( just took my money. I am not paying for services and product I didn't receive. Now my credit has dropped from 840 by 160 points due to this. I am sad this happened as I've been a customer since they were ideal image and just finished paying two contracts from ideal image days. I feel taken advantage of completely.

Karli in particular made long, painful sessions tolerable and was consistently kind and professional. Unfortunately, despite a few excellent employees, I would strongly advise avoiding this business. I completed 10 laser hair removal sessions here and spent thousands of dollars. I originally purchased a "full body" package advertised as nose-to-toe coverage for $997 (six sessions). I specifically confirmed this before buying, only to be told at my first appointment that it actually covered just three areas. Needing Brazilian removal for surgery, I chose face, legs, and Brazilian. The owner later tried to "make it right" through alternative offers, eventually proposing a membership that was supposed to be true full-body removal for $425/month with a three-month minimum. Given the claimed discount, I agreed--something I now regret. Despite clearly requesting to work only with Karli, I repeatedly arrived to find different techs assigned without notice. One replacement tech was openly transphobic, repeatedly misgendered me for hours despite corrections, and spoke negatively about coworkers. This was deeply uncomfortable and unacceptable. If she hadn't left the company shortly after, I would have quit immediately. I was also encouraged to try additional services through the membership. One of these, Vanquish, was improperly set up by an untrained staff member and caused a serious burn that took nearly a month to heal. I was later told she was "trained better," which is alarming given the risks involved. Despite all of this, I continued treatment because I was seeing some progress--though after 10 sessions, results were closer to 40% reduction rather than the expected ~85%. The most serious issue came later. Due to unemployment and financial hardship, I froze my account on staff advice. I received no written confirmation, no notice of when the freeze would end, and no warning that freezes only last two months. I explicitly discussed my inability to pay with one of the owners, who told me the freeze would continue. Unbeknownst to me, the account unfroze and attempted charges while I was hospitalized for major surgery. After an initial decline, BOGO ran multiple charges that completely drained my bank account--money I needed for food during recovery. Despite weeks of attempts to resolve this, I was told nothing could be refunded. One owner later threatened to "come as hard and as fast" as possible for my money. Any partial refund offer came only after I threatened a review and was framed as a favor, not accountability. If you are paying cash upfront and never entering an agreement, maybe you'll be fine. But I strongly warn against any membership or recurring billing with this business. The owners do not stand by verbal agreements, communication is poor, staff training is inconsistent, and accountability is nonexistent. This is a mom-and-pop business run without care for client well-being. Proceed at your own risk.

I got some botox with Nikki and loved how she walked through everything, showed me the muscle groups, before and afters and overall was personable yet professional. I have a touch-up appointment coming up because I do think there is some slight drooping in my eye area due to where we placed some forehead injections but we were both on the same page with where/why that could happen, and since I wanted to try it it's really not a big deal. I just can tell my eyebrows seem to slightly droop over my upper eyelids more than usual. I had previously gotten Botox at my old work YEARS ago for migraines and wrinkle preventative and I loved it. I always thought the doctor I worked with was conservative, and since the Botox I got from my boss was free it made more sense that she went conservative. But I was very wrong. If you want results but also something conservative Jessie is you're person. I told Jessie how many units I typically got and she did 6 units less. It doesn't seem like a big deal but it is. Instead of doing my forehead which my doctor usually did Jessie opted to only do my lateral eyebrows and my glabella (the frowning wrinkles). I saw results within the next day, and 80-90% results by the second day. My migraine was skipped this month (monthly hormonal related migraine) and my brows are lifted giving me a more awake look. I'm so pleased it's unbelievable. Not only that Jessie gave me advice as to not get Botox until after my second baby is done breast feeding. I'm not pregnant but plan to get pregnant. She sat with me to calculate if the timing was good. I'm so grateful Jessie is so thorough. Lastly, Jessie gave me some advice as to where I could look for employment in Oregon as I had just moved from California. This is top notch customer service. A Cautionary Story -- What I Wish I'd Known Before My Breast Augmentation…read more In 2022, I finally decided to get my breast augmentation -- something I had dreamed about for years. I did my research carefully and chose this clinic because the surgeon promoted a "unique technique" that supposedly eliminates the need for a post-surgical compression bra during recovery. That promise was a huge part of why I trusted him with my body. At first, everything seemed fine. But once the swelling settled and I began to really look at my results, I noticed something was off. My left breast had shifted far to the side -- so much that when I lie flat, it literally slides toward the outer edge of my body. Standing up without a bra, my breasts sit noticeably wide apart. When I put on a bra and pull them together, I love the look. But without it, the symmetry and shape are disappointing -- and completely opposite of what I was told to expect. When I shared my concern during my final follow-up, the surgeon brushed it off with, "Side boob is a good look." Maybe for some women it is, but not when one breast has migrated halfway toward my armpit. That's not style -- that's structure gone wrong. I waited a few years to be sure my body had healed before reaching out again, hoping for an honest conversation about possible correction. Instead, I was told I'd have to pay $190 just for a consultation -- and that they don't offer complimentary post-surgery implant checks, even years later. I had assumed they would at least verify that the implants were still properly positioned and safe. For context, most women are required to wear a post-surgical compression bra (a supportive medical garment that holds the implants in place and helps the chest heal evenly). I wasn't asked to wear one because the surgeon claimed his "no-bra recovery method" made it unnecessary. In hindsight, I wish I had worn one anyway -- it might have prevented my outcome.

I filled out an online form on their website and got a call back later that day. The woman on the phone was pleasant and scheduled me in. All was good until she asked for the $200 consultation fee - the most expensive fee of any of the other doctors I researched and consulted. The day of my consultation I get a phone call from the receptionist informing me that their 3D imaging is down and I could either reschedule or come in regardless and not get the imaging. I wanted to get the imaging, especially at the $200 consultation fee price, so I rescheduled. The day of my rescheduled consultation I get another phone call from the receptionist saying again that their 3d imaging is down and I can reschedule or come in. I'm a busy mom of two young kids, as any mother knows, it's tough enough to schedule appointments yet alone rescheduling. I decided to keep the appointment and meet with Dr. Connall. Day of my consultation I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I filled out some paperwork and a nurse brought me back to the consultation room. The nurse was very warm and pleasant (the best interaction I had that day). Dr. Connall was professional and thorough during the consultation and answered my questions however, of all the doctors I've seen he was the only one that recommended a small implant with fat grafting - the cost of two procedures instead of one. Additionally, said I could come in again a year down the road and increase my breast size with another procedure. So, instead of one standard breast augmentation I was looking at 3 to get my desired results. Initially, I liked the idea of fat grafting as I do have some fat tissue to lose, but hindsight I feel like it was an up-sale tactic with the 3 procedures. After the consultation, I was brought into the scheduling room to book surgery. I was interested in getting on the schedule to then go home and talk it over with my husband. I was not told there was a $250 surgery scheduling fee, as my card was charged that same day. So now I'm 450 with Espirt with no 3d imaging and a procedure I didn't intend on getting. I decided to continue with the surgery, as i was excited to finally get my breasts done. On the day of the pre op appointment, I met with a nurse first and as she was going over my notes, she stated I was getting implants and liposuction (not fat grafting). I corrected her and said Dr Connall wanted to do fat grafting in addition to the implant. Another red flag that my surgery was incorrectly written in my file. This led to me having to now get a mammogram because of my age - this was NOT mentioned to me during the consultation by Dr Connall, the nurse or the scheduling secretary. Because of my age, my insurance won't cover a mammogram and it would be an additional 300-500 out of pocket. At this point, I get a huge rush of anxiety. I would not have scheduled the surgery had I'd known I'd have to get a mammogram. There were too many red flags, too chaotic, unorganized, non transparent and sneaky that I decided not to move forward with the surgery. Ultimately, I want to feel safe with the doctor and staff when I'm going under on anesthesia. I want to feel confident that I'm safe, I'll attain my desired results and I want to feel more than I'm just a monetary value. Due to my concerns listed above, we asked for at least my $250, as there was no way I felt safe or valued to go under the knife with them. Dr. Connall refused to refund the $250. He offered to pay for the mammogram, but we explained to him all the red flags and he didn't budge. Dr. Connall refusing to at least refund the $250 is so telling of his character and the Espirt practice. I wouldn't recommend Espirt or Dr. Connall and staff to anyone. I would run far in another direction, as there are competent and compassionate surgeons in the area. Save yourself the $200 consultation fee and just cross this doctor off your list. Best of luck to you reading this review in search of a plastic surgeon!
