The clinic owner, Jenny, is a colleague of mine (we are both Rolfing(R) Structural Integration practitioners) and I have known her for many years. She cares deeply about really helping people and she's a total professional at making sure that people have a good experience start to finish. The staff who are actually performing the service are great too. I'm seeing Danyelle for my treatments. Super sweet, great conversations, and she's very willing to spend the time to adjust the laser heads to exactly where I want them. After the laser, she does some lymphatic massage to give the body a nudge in clearing out the fat that was released. (Doing movement afterward and drinking lots of water is also helpful!) I haven't met James, the other therapist, but I've heard he is wonderful too. By the way, I'm a fairly slender person but I have a *lot* of cellulite and I always have since I was twelve. The only things I would say needs improvement is none of the lockers had functioning or working keys/locks so I couldn't safely secure my personal items and I had some anxiety about leaving my items in the women's room unsecured. Another issue was the shower faucet took a few minutes to warm up and I wasn't warned about it so I fiddled with it so much at first that I just ended up taking a cold shower. It just would have been a good idea if they just told me how to turn on the faucet and to wait a few minutes for the warm water to kick in, when they gave me the tour. And the button for the body wash kept popping off. So just some minor things need updating. The steam room was fantastic tho! I love the mix of eucalyptus. It really helped my stuffy sinuses. The hot tub is amazing! I love how the seats kinda cradle your butt. I usually have a hard time in hot tubs cuz they push me off the seat. But not with this design!
