It is worth noting that they're a little excessive with their fees so if you can't have a schedule set in stone 48+ in advance, then this isn't the place for you. The artist was sweet but fresh out of the womb with no experience! No bra or underwear on, super professional. Talked with the manager afterwards and she essentially said the bride should have spoke up more. Offered no resolution and as a manager myself, she should find a new career choice. The gift card was for a couples massage, but my husband had passed away, so I figured two massages were paid for and I would only need to pay for one more. I missed the third massage and called to find out if there was a charge for it -which I expected. I was told it was the total cost of a massage. ($70) Even my doctor doesn't charge that much for forgetting an appointment . I said fine. I'm finished. Cancel my membership. I was told that it was one month longer when I stated it was three massages in three months they said no that I had to do another one which I assume they will wrongly charge my credit card for. I talked with the manager and she referred repeatedly to the contract I signed. Please do your due diligence and don't let these people screw yet another customer out of hard earned money. This is so wrong! I have no doubt that it was legal " like the contract I signed," but it was handled totally unethicallly. She stated that she had tried to contact me but I did not answer. I have no record of a text message or telephone call on my phone. I lived and settled with the fact that the doctors told me that it was permanent. I had a treatment today with Jocelyn. I now have some sensation and feeling back in my hand. What I was told would never happen, Jocelyn was able to recover that for me. I will be going back for more treatments to hopefully regain more in that hand. For me she is a miracle worker.
