Had a 1pm appointment didn't get seen until 1:45pm. Then they overcharged me for my daughter's simple manicure ($60 for clear polish with a flower decal on each nail). I showed them a picture of the acrylic nails I wanted and got a TEMU version. The tips are all off centered and crooked. I went back to have it corrected and the manicurist blamed me for her poor work. Never apologized just said that they could fix it if I wanted it fixed. Then as I sat there while getting one of my nails fixed the workers began to talk about me in a derogatory manner in their native tongue. I had my phone app on translating what they were saying. I decided not to continue with any other corrections to the rest of my nails because it simply was not worth my peace nor my time. They are extremely unprofessional and lack the basic skills required for a customer service business.

I came in for a pedicure and gel manicure and it was great! They have only been there for 3 weeks so everything is nice and clean and comfortable. They even give you a "punch card" that after 5 visits you get $10 off. I will be coming back. Thank you Loan!

Worst nail salon ever, they will tell you you they are on a 30-60 min wait and sit you down and make you wait 3 hours. They don't follow appointment times, the techs are not properly licensed and they gave me an infection. Do not recommend. read more

I only leave reviews for two occasions, horrible experience or STELLAR service. Went in today without an appointment and was greeted right away. They were able to get me right in for a pedicure and manicure which was impressive considering the amount of clients in there on a Thursday afternoon. I understand, now, why they are that busy! OMG! The best! Hands down, if you want to become jelly in the chair ask for Tiffany! Girl gave me the best massage I've had with mani/pedi! I'll be a client for life! read more

This place was amazing! The customer service is top notch! We had several people and half of the were kids (I even had my 7 month old with me). They we so so kind to our kiddos and my baby and gave them the full spa treatment complete with juice boxes and snacks! My 3 year old got a little scared at one point and they gladly let her sit on my lap and did her fingers and toes. Can't recommend them enough and I'm so appreciative for the kindness and EXCELLENT customer service! Also, all our nails look incredible and all of us highly recommend the hot stone massage with the pedi! We will be back for sure! read more

I made an appointment w/ Julie for 10:15 to get a classic pedicure. I arrived at 10:14, and Julie was in the middle of completing someone else's nails. So they do not account for who has appointments to start with. So I told the person working the front desk that I would be okay with anyone doing my nails as I was on a time restraint, the whole reason I made an appointment. He responded "okay". So I then proceed to pick out my color and went to a pedicure chair and sat there with my feet in the water from 10:15-10:45. So I kindly asked for a towel to dry my feet so I could leave, because I had a time constraint. Then the nail tech says she can "get it done in 20 minutes" but still pay the full price for half the time of the actual service. I said no thank you. Then the man who I believe is the owner, tried to justify the situation by saying with an attitude that I booked for Julie. When I told him I'd take anyone available and Julie was not even available at the time of the appointment. Never going here again. Quality customer service and hospitality don't exist here. read more

Visiting the area on vacation. My friend and I selected the "Organic" pedicures @ $35. The salon appeared new and clean. We were seated right away. The pedestal massage pedicure chairs were comfortable. Water was run in the baggy-lined basins and the tech started my friends service immediately while my tech finished up with another client. The techs were youthful, new to pedicures (I had to advise one how to apply acetone-soaked cotton with toes nails with deep red polish to prevent smearing polish all over toes staining the skin ) and behaved unprofessionally. They gossiped about their social circle and car meet group. In fairness they did ask us if we minded if they gossiped about someone. We laughed and said go ahead but soon regretted that we didn't object once crude language was flung around. I know waaaay too much about one of their frenemies than I care. They went on to disparage 2 previous clients who claimed to have been NFL players who had the nerve to speak up about the service quality. One bragged that she was going to sell on eBay the business card with one of the gentleman's writing on the back. I had to interrupt them a couple times to please shorten our nails, to file some rough edges and to clean the polish off skin. The service ended on an uncomfortable note as one of the techs refused to work Saturday to cover for the other. Then the favor-asking tech abruptly announced she had to leave early due to her military-deployment-returning spouse. She left before I could pay and tip. I gave the remaining tech the cash so I hope my tech received the $10 tip. The quality of the pedicure service did not meet expectations in my experience. I wouldn't recommend or return. read more

Love this spot for a pedicure that always lasts and is worth the $30. They give a hot stone and citrus massage for the regular pedicure! It's a quiet relaxing salon and everyone has a wonderful attitude. Always CLEAN and nice since it's newer. Totally worth the price of a pedicure to me. read more

They got me right in as a walk-in, the staff was very friendly, the salon was clean, and the prices are reasonable. First of all , what a beautiful nail spa. I highly recommend this place first and foremost for the sanitation level they hold this place at. My pedicure was over the top. They spent at least an hour on my feet. You might spend a few dollars more but worth it. read more

I went in asking is it possible to take it off and put a new set on next week because obviously they look like shit and there was a ton of dirt under my nails since they were put on incorrect. No explanation, not grinding them off men that I would have bending backwards nails that I can't work with. Both the women who spoke English well and the woman who didn't as well clearly ignored what I was saying and just wanted to see me in pain. I explained that I needed to have my nails done next week for a wedding.. they said that's fine and then by the end of taking my nails off I said wow my nails are extremely thin how am I gonna put another set on this and now the answer changed to I cannot get my nails done again until they are completely grown out in 3 to 6 months... LOL meanwhile, I also said that I work on a nursery and have to use my hands daily... if this woman was smarter or cared at all about her customers, she would understand and perhaps use one brain cell to tell me not to do this. Not only is this place dirty and outdated, they are rude and bad at their jobs. I will never be back again, and I would suggest nobody ever go to this disgusting salon..

She handed me over to Anne to finish my nails and butchered my cuticles, showing me how much Kim had missed and cut my finger in the process. I originally told Kim I wanted one nail to be chrome for an accent nail when I told Anne what I wanted she didn't know what an accent nail was. Kim reassured me that we would find something similar to chrome because she didn't want to charge me 10 for all my nails since I only wanted one. They had nothing similar. I ended up getting all my nails, the same color, no accent nail because there was nothing similar to chrome. Also, the nail polish was very cheap. It took about five coats just for it to not look so see-through. You get what you pay for, a gel manicure here was $38.

This nail salon is without a doubt the WORST I have ever encountered. My stepdaughter went in for a dip powder manicure on her natural nails, and the results were nothing short of a complete disaster. First and foremost, the technician clearly lacked any semblance of skill. Her nails were cut to completely different lengths and shapes - it looked like a child had taken scissors to them. The dip powder application was equally atrocious. It was caked on so thick and unevenly that her nails look bulky and lumpy. There's no smooth finish whatsoever, and the color is patchy in areas. It's truly a horrendous job that any amateur could have done better. However, the truly unforgivable part of this experience was the ROACHES. Yes, you read that right. We actually saw multiple roaches crawling around the salon. One scurried across my stepdaughters foot while my she was getting her nails "done." This is not only disgusting and unsanitary but also completely unacceptable for any business, let alone one that is supposed to be focused on hygiene. We are absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism, the terrible quality of the nail service, and the shockingly unhygienic conditions of this establishment. This wasn't just a bad manicure; it was a truly disturbing experience. Returning the next day to request a full refund was met with extreme resistance from the owner, Amy. Instead of acknowledging the terrible quality of the service, she offered excuse after excuse, insisting it was an "easy fix." However, my stepdaughter understandably wanted nothing further to do with this salon and certainly didn't want them touching her nails again. When I declined a redo, especially given that my stepdaughter was leaving for vacation in a few hours, Amy incredibly offered us a gift certificate. I politely declined, explaining that after such a negative experience, we would never return, making a gift certificate useless. We simply wanted her money back. As a young person who works hard for her limited income, my stepdaughter was deeply upset by the completely unsatisfactory job and deserved a refund. Despite more excuses and insistence on her part, the owner only offered a paltry $25 refund on the $111 spent for both a manicure and pedicure. This response was unacceptable and demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Save your money, save your time, and most importantly, save yourself from the potential health hazards of this dreadful place. We will be sure to share our experience widely. DO NOT GO HERE!
