However, after expressing my concerns they were very accommodating and the customer service was excellent!!!! Twee and Leah were so kind and understanding. They were willing to shape my nails to my liking and had a lot of patience. As a customer who prefers my nails a particular way (I'm a picky customer), they never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. They were gentle, personable and made me feel like a valued customer. I'm glad they were willing to give me a great experience and I highly recommend trying Nail Talk.

I am probably butchering the names of what it is that she did, but the level of checking out her work was unlike I have ever received before at other salons and she was thorough and worked quickly, too! I'm pretty sure the owner of the salon was working next to her, and I observed him showing similar levels of attention to detail with his client. I arrived about 10 minutes after they opened without an appointment and was shown to a chair right away. Two young gentlemen (at different opportunities, offered me something to drink, but I had just come from breakfast, so I politely declined. Other workers greeted each other as they came in and I was able to view the overall vibe that this location gives to patrons. It's too bad that I live in Virginia, because I would (and will) plan to return!
