Only negative to this place is the confusing parking but other than that that it was amazing. My daughter gifted me a facial for Christmas and she found this all by her 15 year old self and so happy she chose this place. I was assigned Boris and I was a bit nervous as I had never had a man do my facials but let me tell you he will be my go to guy as well as this Spa. It was beautifully decorated and the front desk staff were so friendly and helpful and she was gorgeous not in intimidating way lol wish I could remember her name. Anyway the waiting area was so warm and inviting and their Holiday decor which was still up was stunning. Everything was cleaner than a hospital. Everyone smiled and said hello as they walked by which eased my nerves. Boris was amazing his hands were so gentle and his conversation was welcoming and I enjoyed our chat very much. My skin was glowing amazingly after. His recommendations for cleanser and moisturizer were on point. Most importantly he wasn't pushy nor salesy. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here at all and will not be coming back. I went in for a facial, not knowing what kind I was going to get as there was no description online. When I got in the room, my esthetician told me the two options I had, and I picked the European facial which was (apparently) your basic facial plus extractions. First of all, the room I was in had a faulty heating system that was so loud and making noises the entire treatment, which was not relaxing. My esthetician never gave me a run down on what she was going to do, what products she was using, what devices she was going to use, or any feedback on my face. She used a total of 4 different electric tools/devices on my face without giving me a heads up either time. Each time she used one I was startled as I either felt a vibration, suction, etc. and I was given no description on the device that was being used on my face or any heads up. During my extractions, they were normal at first (obviously not the most comfortable part of facials), but then she started using a device for the extractions that hurt so badly, that I have never experienced before, and I was very obviously uncomfortable. I had to ask her to take a break at one point because of how forceful and uncomfortable it was. Then after another few minutes I just asked her to skip the extractions all together because there were tears streaming down the side of my face, apparently unnoticed by her. And then on top of this, she had her phone on the table next to my head, and the only reason I know that is because I felt the vibration on the table from a text or notification, and during one of the treatments with the device I could hear her finger tapping on her phone like she was texting. And then at the end when I was done she never asked how I felt, how my skin felt or anything. Very cold. I am very used to getting facials as I go about once a quarter and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I decided to go to this spa after I could not find another massage therapist in my town who could follow my surgeon's next level of massages. The spa was recommended by my surgeon as well. Yesterday, I had my second massage post 4 months of liposuction. The experience has been strange and rewarding at the same time. It is strange in a positive way because they follow very different modalities of massage for surgical patients. I was not prepare for how intense the first massage was since I had been receiving the usual manual lymphatic massage. David, my massage therapist, was very welcoming and explained the purpose of the different techniques. Another rewarding experience was the ability of being able to be fitted for a compression garment. David made sure that I purchased the right garment for me. After spending so much money on compression garments on the internet, the price was very reasonable. Overall, I would highly recommended the spa for any post cosmetic surgery patients. read more

I discovered this gem from an old friend. My friend worked with a doctor whose patients went to Olga for their post operation care. This spa provides a wide variety of services to help relax your mind and body. The spa itself is so calming, super clean and classy. I decided to go to Olga's spa to see if she might be able to help me with my cellulite issues. I am not an overweight, I work out and am a healthy eater yet as I got older the cellulite appeared and was getting worse. It started becoming visible in my 20's! In my case it is genetic. So I was super self conscious about it and desperate to find something that would help lessen the appearance. When you meet Olga she just lights up the room! Such a friendly, warm and inviting person. Really knows her stuff too and genuinely wants to help. You feel like you have know. Her forever. It's over 10 years later and I am still a client. Her deep cellulite massages really have helped lessen the appearance of my cellulite. I know for me it's a genetic issue, not a lifestyle change issue so, I'll always have to deal with it but it really makes a difference when I go to Olga Vs when I don't (I stopped during 2 pregnancies and during the pandemic). I can see the difference in the appearance of the cellulite. It's more visible when I don't go for my monthly cellulite massages. So now that I felt a little better about venturing out to places again, I am back to my cellulite massages. Went back today for the first time since Covid happened and got to see Olga after all this time. Same lovely woman as before and my massage was great! I highly recommend Darley. So I haven't been here since the pandemic so I can only speak about my experience in the past and also I only received 1 type of treatment here. First let me start by saying the staff is very friendly, they make you feel very comfortable. Parking is a little annoying cuz it's with a meter, they say you can park in their lot but it was always packed with no spots available. The service I paid for was the Carboxy treatment for stretch marks. They told me 10 sessions was between $600-700 (I don't remember the exact price). I felt that was a decent price. Let me tell y'all, this treatment is not for people that cannot take pain. It is very painful. I have a high pain tolerance, even the staff told me I was very good with the treatments. I even have friends that went, tell the staff to stop in the middle of their treatment because they couldn't take the pain. By the fourth treatment I still wasn't seeing any results, and I asked the owner when I would start to see them, she said after 20 treatments. I was like WHAT! I wish I was told that before I paid for the first 10 because I probably wouldn't have even started any treatments. Or I would have paid for each one separately to see how I liked it. I feel that's a little sneaky that they offered a 10 treatments package but you won't see the results until after 20 . Mind you these treatments are not easy to do. After the 7th treatment I didn't even come back. It just seemed pointless. read more

I keep seeing people trying to discredit Olga and her reputation. It must be someone who was supposed to follow a diet plan and didn't or thought they were going to get miracles in a day. As far as the treatments hurting, yes the weight loss massages are not pleasant but they are not supposed to be. They are hard body massages to break up cellulite and start moving your body fat and contouring your body. Ever heard of no pain no gain? As far as not being avail that is also a lie. I go to her every single week and they have always been able to accommodate my times. They even have opened early sometimes for me. So who ever is angry for whatever reason with this spa please keep it real and honest. They offer great services, they treat you with respect and have never robbed anyone. I made appointment with Olga and she had 3 other customers there. I sat under the infa-red lamp while she massages another one and I did nothing! She flipped me to other side like a rotisserie chicken and waited.. Then some man did the massage for 15-20 min and said " done"! Wtf?? Left me there basically naked and no help getting my clothes. HORRIBLE Customer Service. Bought a Groupon to go there and they didn't have availability until 2013! Said they were booked every single Saturday until December. So my Groupon expired and now I cannot get the services I had purchased. Was not accomodating at all. Plus now I've spoken to people who have gone there and they said I am better off cause the services were horrible. Looks like they are a scam. Don't ever go there!!! read more

The same thing happened to me. I called before the expiration and was told no bookings until late fall, but they would honor it. When I called, a very rude man told me it had expired, they would not honor it, but I could come and use the $69...the lowest service was a facial at $80..overpriced and I would never give them any business. I have been going to Olga for 5 years. I started going to olga because I had terrible acne and the dermatologist wanted to put me on accutane but I decided to see olga first. I went to Olga once a week for a month to have a facial which mainly involved popping my pimples. My skin was so bad because it turned out that my acne was infected. After that first month I started going to Olga once a month and it has kept my skin looking amazing. After trying the dermatologist and going on prescription medication and have it not work Olga Florez is the person who solved my problem. She is a true professional and I would recommend her to anyone. I am now getting laser hair removal on my upper arms, as well as my continued cleanings. You cannot go wrong with Olga or her team. I love this place. Excellent customer service and great pricing. Wonderful ambience, very clean and organized.

I would call them "money hungry", they push you to get a package and once you get the package, they don't have available appointments. The appointments are far apart and they never call you to remind you of the appointment, if you miss the appointment they count it as a session, which is really unfair. They are not about satisfying a customer but having them spend their money with unnecessary treatments. I do not recommend this spa, there are plenty of other spas that know how to treat customers in a nice, friendly manner. read more
