Got my nipples pierced by Dani after seeing all the positive reviews- they were right! I had visited the shop's Instagram and seen a video of the place, and will say I think the video did a good job capturing the cool vibe. The shop is nice and spacious, and the biggest thing for me- is clean!!!! I am a bit of a germaphobe and I felt very at ease. I was a tad nervous and shaky, and Dani (as said in the reviews that I had seen) did a very good job of making me feel comfortable and even further easing my anxiety. I walked in wanting just the one and was quoted $60, so I figured both would be $120.... Nope! After the first one (4-5/10 pain) she (Dani) said to me "you're sure you don't wanna do the 2nd one?" And I said "so that'll be $120?" "Nope, just the $60" I said "say less" (2nd did hurt more which I was expecting; 5-6/10 pain)... Walked out with both and couldn't be happier! More for the vibe, I went back to the front when I was done to show the girls working up there, they were all so awesome! So girlhood! (The men were also very nice, one overheard me saying I was nervous and gave me a stress ball) In addition to the amazing pricing of the actual piercings (jewelry included, both nipples for $60), I thought that the aftercare products available for purchase were also very reasonably priced. I bought 2 products and my total was $74.87. (And I did give 6 $1s as a tip bc it's all the cash I had ((bc the shop accepts Apple Pay)) and Dani wouldn't take more and didn't make me feel bad for not having more cash on hand to give her, which I appreciated) I really have no complaints about my experience- 10/10 would recommend! I called about wanting a surface tragus piercing, not many places would do it but they were able to help me and not only were they so welcoming and nice when i came in, they were able to get me set up right away and it was so quick and painless, I was very impressed with the skill, it's been 4 months and it's healed beautifully, 11/10 and will definitely be back! read more

I live 2 hours and 45 minutes away and can tell you we will be back! My 6 year old really wanted her ears pierced for Christmas. As reading many reviews, I came across Powers Tattoos & Body Piercing. After seeing so many positive reviews for Dani, I knew this was where we needed to go despite the 35 minute drive from our Airbnb. We arrived without an appointment (appointments are necessary as she is extremely popular) but she still managed to fit us in. She was professional, kind, and very good with kids. She gave my girl the step by step procedure of what she was going to do and even comforted her when she got nervous. Never once did I see or hear frustration come from her do to the apprehension of a younger client. Did I mention each piercing took maybe 3 seconds from piercing to putting the backing of the earring on?!! We will be driving the almost 3 hour drive for our last darling. Will not be going back. My friend and I went to get our earrings changed out. Seems simple enough... my ear is swollen and throbbing and the ball of his earring literally came unscrewed within minutes of us getting home. Their 'sanitization' process is just squirting some cleaner on the earrings before putting them in. I've been to many studios and this was definitely a red flag central. read more

Got my septum pierced three weeks ago and it was a great experience! I walked in just to inquire about the process and what not since it was something I've been wanting to do. But they were quick to help me and I thought "I'm here, might as well." The room where I got it done was spacious and looked clean. Dani was very professional and straightforward yet still explained what I needed to know about the procedure and the aftercare. The price was $45 and its best to use cash because there is a charge for card use (which Dani let me know).
