Kay did an amazing job on my pedicure, and I absolutely love how my toes came out. Mr. Eric did my nails exactly how I wanted them--sharp, square, and with the perfect French tip. He paid attention to every detail, and they turned out even better than I imagined. The staff was friendly, the salon was clean, and the overall experience was wonderful. So, I tossed about doing a 4 star or 5 star but, went with 5 star! Because , the wait for a walk in was a good 30 minutes. But, once I go back there they surely leveled up! Great job! The vibe and music was nice lots going on very different inside with walls mimicking concrete . Huge bar in the waiting room , there was a Santa still and it's February almost March lol I found that funny . Extremely dissatisfied with the service I got from a particularnail tech. Had to go back 2 different times to see Cindy after my initial visit to get nails repaired due to the harder lifting off. The other day when I went in for the second time because my nail had came off except for the very tip. It had been 10 days since I had this set put on. she didn't seem to happy to see me and said i would have to pay to get this one repaired because been longer than a week, but it like I needed a fill and I told her I just paid $100 10 days ago and can't afford it so soon and to just fix this one. She seemed aggravated so I asked if she was upset with me bc I came back in and she said, "yes"! So to my surprised, I asked, "seriously?" and she said, "yes" again. What!?! I thought to myself OMG. Nothing else was said except, you can pay her $5 wi her pointing to the front. Oh, and she filed my finger so hard on the sides it's been bleeding all day. Another nail came off the very next day, Either she doesn't know what she's doing or the harder is old. I have gotten harder put on my nails for the last six months at the competitor down the road which she says are all communist by the way and when I get them done there they last a anywhere between five and six weeks. Huge difference. I left my name and number upfront for the manager to call me and he still hasn't call! I love the atmosphere there. I love the chairs but anywhere you look . There's a nail or dust debris all floors the corners on the equipment that they're using. The only reason why I wanted to try a different place is because I'm so tired of getting services done and the people that should be talking to me are too busy talking to each other in their native language. Extremely unhappy! I went in for a fill and I currently have been trying to grow my natural nail for MONTHS. At this time I have an overlay. Leina did not ask if I would like my natural nail to be e filled under the acrylic but rather just did it. When I explained I was upset and frustrated she did nothing but continued to try finish the fill and disregard what I said. When I went to check out and the front desk asked how it went and I said I was unhappy and explained what happened nothing was done either. I stopped by Saturday night and upon arrival I checked in and told the hostess, " I want a gel pedicure and acrylic nails." I was impressed with the beauty of the salon as k waited in the lounge. My pedicure nail technician directed me to my seat where I reiterated that I only want gel only toes but I wanted to match my color to an acrylic nail powder. She said that was fine and gave me a decent pedicure where she genuinely took her time. As she was transitioning me to the manicurist, I reiterated to both of them individually I do not want gel on my nails, I want acrylic powder to match my toes. As the manicurist began her work and filed down the previous top coat, she took the gel from my toes and painted over the hot pink I had with the aqua to see if it would cover, immediately stopped her and said "I don't want gel I want acrylic powder." She said "I'll put an acrylic coat over top", confused I said idon't think you can do that. I told them four times that I did not want gel polish, but I wanted acrylic color Even in the middle of her doing my nails, I even said I do not want gel I want powder she ignored me and said I can come back when they chip. It's not the best on customer service. However, first visit I did walk in no appointment . So I thought I would try again. I made an appointment for a pedicure. We hoped to all be together, but we all went separately. I waited for over an hour. Once I got sat down, my guy left me sitting there for 20 minutes. No idea what he was doing. Once he started my nails, he left me again to show another worker something on his phone. He did my SNS in about 12 minutes, & the top coat didn't hold or something. After being there for almost 2 hours, I didn't have time tonight to get them fixed. We didn't get to do our pedicures since we waited for so long. This was for my friends birthday, so we were disappointed that the whole experience was not good. Only 1 girl got offered a drink. So none of us got drinks. Just want to start by saying I never leave reviews or speak poorly of local businesses but this scared me enough to need to share.......Went to Titan to get my nails done yesterday and I asked the girl doing my pedicure for a water and they bring it in a cup with a straw (paper still on the top of the straw)... I take a drink and with the first sip, before I even got water, there was something extremely bitter in the straw... like a substance... really salty but bitter tasting. It wasn't crunchy like salt.. and I felt something almost solid but dissolving in my mouth... I immediately spit it out and it was something white looked lile it could have been a crushed pill or something... but with my spit and water it ended up disolving enough to where I couldn't tell what it was. I truly don't know if it was salt or what it could have been but it was WHITE. I spit out most of it and from what I could tell, I didn't feel any different. I voiced my concern to several "managers" after the original lady who got me the water disappeared when I confronted her about it. Nobody could give me an explanation of what it could have been. All I got was apologies. I ended up staying and finishing my pedicure... and paid full price for a not so great job.... Regardless, it was a very scary experience and I let it be known how serious this was and how freaked out I was... it seemed like I mostly just got dismissed. It is a crazy world we live in ladies and I don't know what this was but I felt a need to share. Please beware. I never saw it coming or expected it. But my intuition told me something was off. I always get a pretty amazing pedicure here. A little pricey but definitely worth it. Staff is often friendly and helpful.

I get my nails done two weeks for the last 6 months. Every little request I ask the nail technician make it seem like I am inconveniencing them. I asked for different colors and they say that's all we have, when I know they have more. I'll ask for a specific shape and they say they can't do round. They always leave old SNS all over my fingers and never offer to clean it off. Once I got old the technician that she wasn't doing my shape right, she walked away and never came back. Then they charged me $10 for shaping. The prices are never consistent. This visit my friend and I were both charged +$5 when she asked why they said it was to soak off her old sns. When I asked why I was being charged +$5 they said it was for shaping. Would not recommend for someone who wants a nail place to consistently go to. read more

We have tried and tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but sometimes it's best to step away. First off the techs here are amazing. They are friendly and always willing to help. They do their job efficiently and can the creative designs that people want. Now their organization is what leaves one wanting. Multiple times we have made appointments and had to wait upwards of 30 minutes. Today I made an appointment for my wife for a manicure and pedicure and she convinced me to get my feet done. The appointment was hers yet the tech started on me first while she sat with feet in cold water. It wasn't until I made a comment about it that action was taken. Then, like always, she gets passed to a hand person. Today there was no hand person and a few minutes went by when they said he left for about 15 minutes. What's frustrating is she had to wait for her feet to get started on just to turn around and wait again. What's the point of making an appointment if a walk in can take precedence? And why have customers go from one person to the next? Like most nail salons the techs speak between themselves in another language, which is rude in my opinion. Add insult to injury when the receptionist offered for us to speak to a manager the manager was gone as well!! Maybe it's typical Corpus businesses not knowing what customer service is. Wanted to try this nail salon as it's brand new and closer to my house than my usual place. Short wait and nice enough staff but my nail tech cut me at least 10 times. The dip powder I chose ended up being way less opaque than the sample looked which I was upset with. I know that's not the nail tech's fault but as you can tell by photos my cuticles are very irritated and you can see where I bled after I was cut so many times. Don't think I'll be back. read more

The decor is so much more upscale than most nail salons and I liked my pedicure. But they forgot about my manicure. After the pedicure, while I was waiting for the manicurist, I asked if I could soak my nails to remove the previous SNS. But after soaking them for 30 minutes, no one came. Well, I have to change my review. This afternoon I had a guy doing my nails that acted like he didn't know how to use the equipment. The water was hot then went cold after he turned it out without checking. Then he used a tool to dig under my mail which was on the rough side. Really rough to the point I said 'ouch'! As he was about to rinse my legs he wound up spraying water outward and hit directly on my shorts. At this point I was over it. I asked another lady to please get me someone else to finish the job. Kind lady obliged and she finished with the wax and shellac on my toes. I sat there miserable and soaked. This is supposed to be a relaxing experience. I get my ticket and go to the front and ask to speak to someone. I explain to the lady at the front the situation and she goes to get someone. The lady and front desk girl proceeded to talk directly in front of me. She wanted to give me a gift card for next time and have me be on my way. The front desk girl vouched for me and got me a discount (yes the job was done even though I was miserable and no longer relaxed in the chair) and a gift card for next time. Wow.
