I called ahead to confirm the price again, was told it applied to non-members, and booked an appointment. After driving 30 minutes in bad weather, I was told the price was actually $12/unit and the $9 rate was for members only-which is their everyday price, not a special. Even after I showed the text, they denied the promotion and tried to sell me a membership instead. They also deducted my Alle rewards despite providing no treatment, and I had to get the points reversed through Allē directly. Misleading promotion, inconsistent practices, and unprofessional handling. I won't be returning. But after the price of a 60 minute was just increased as well, nope. I will stick to my trusty Theragun.
