I don't remember the woman's…read morename that cut my hair but it was just an OK experience; I would not pay full price at this salon or go back. She first washed my hair. When she was towel drying my hair, it felt as if she was pulling at my hair. The trim was really quick and she never even double checked that everything was even, which I thought was strange. Usually, at different salons, they would pull the front pieces out to make sure that they are even and also go around the bottom of the hair with scissors to make sure everything is even. There were a few pieces in the bangs that weren't even so I went home to fix that. She did ask my several times though on if everything was okay and I did have her trim the bangs a bit shorter and such. When she blow dried my hair, she didn't even use a brush but instead, just used her hand. The blowdryer was really got and it was hurting my right ear so I kept moving my head so it wouldn't hurt as much. Maybe this experience was due to me having a Groupon...I'm not sure. I know that there are many stylists there and they are not the same, but I wouldn't come back regardless.

I am glad I did! I couldn't be happier with my eyebrows :) Marika took the time to ask me what sort of look I wanted and paused during the waxing to show me what she had done so far and make sure she was sculpting them how I wanted. She worked carefully but very quickly, left no wax on me, and the price was extremely reasonable (especially considering how good she is at what she does)! Highly recommended!

Even though my friend and I had an appointment, people that got there after us actually finished…read morebefore us. The owner of the salon started my pedicure and actually cut my ankle with one of the utensils. She passed me off to someone else to polish. I was in a hurry when I left and didn't see the blood until I got home. It was too late to go back so I went back the next day and showed her. After telling me she would make it right the "next time" she took $15 out of the register and told me to go buy cream. I will never go back there. Terrible customer service! She should have made it right THIS time and refunded my money. I payed $55 for the pedicure plus a $10 tip!
