The location and the overall setting of this place is safe, professional, and beautiful. I would totally recommend anyone who wants a relaxing day or needs some maintenance on their lashes. The rooms are wonderful and really lets you be able to relax and forget about the outside world. The ambience is very soft, warm and quiet. Each room is dimly lit and has relaxing soft music playing. Each area of the building is maintained very well and has great overall cleanliness. The massage tables that you lay down on are also great as-well! Very comfortable and love how it can warm up so your not freezing during your massages or procedures. I also enjoy the heated blankets as-well , it feels very snug and comfortable. Their deep tissue massage is very good! For me it was the right amount of pressure and the person massaging me found all of my knots and focused on them. Overall very pleased with this service. With their facials i really like their products that they use because its very gentle with my sensitive and acne prone skin and i love that they use a very soft brush to apply some of their products. After every facial they will also give recommendations on what your skin needs in order to improve it. And feel free to ask them for any suggestions or concerns as-well, they are very open minded. Lash lifts, as a asian girl with monolids its very hard finding a place that can get my lashes to curl and be visible but this place is the best place for me to get my lashes lifted because my lashes stay curled and visible for 4-6 weeks and is definitely worth the money. The workers here know how to do a good quality lash lift that lasts for a long time. Each worker here is very professional and knows what they're doing. Ok, I'm thinking, maybe an emergency, you never know, let's give the benefit of the doubt. She answers the phone and walks out of the room. She comes back we get back to the treatment, another phone call, then a third. She takes the calls each time and walks out of the room. A man comes into an adjacent space next to ours and his phone is dinging as well. Now, that is not the salon's problem, but after the fifth interruption to what is supposed to be calm and relaxing, it's anything but calm and relaxing. The package is supposed to come with a shoulder and arm massage. I didn't get that. All in all, not what I expected or paid for.

On one hand you imply I didn't leave a message, on the other you imply I specified what my concerns are and they weren't left in any message. Both lies. Dishonesty is not a good look. Finally, you said this could have been resolved directly. I called you directly and left messages directly. How much more direct could I have been? LOL! -------------------------- Reached out to Lisa several weeks ago; left a friendly message for her to get back to me at her earliest convenience. As others have mentioned, she doesn't return calls or respect people who leave messages. Perhaps if I'd mentioned the people I've referred to her who've spent thousands, she'd have made the effort to respond.
