On any given day the salon will have cucumber iced water, candy to snack on, and one of the ladies will pamper you with a warm neck wrap while you wait for your appointment. Currently I see Bo. She is timely, professional, and does an outstanding job making sure your eyebrows look their best. She is flexible with her schedule, easy to contact, and has late afternoon appointments available. Not this time. The job was so rushed when I held the menu to check the prices the tech pulled my hand and told me to sit down. She didn't offer me a drink like they advertise in their Instagram post even though we were seated right in front of their mini fridge and I saw other people being offered. She wasn't friendly and didn't even let the timer run out on the light before demanding I put the other hand in. It looked ok at first but the polish peeled off the next day. I'm kind of glad I decided to do that because honestly, I was going to book with Manny again because he was amazing but with those prices to not be happy was pretty unacceptable. My dad passed recently, so Mother's Day had proven to be harder than expected. That's why I wanted to do something extra special for her this year by booking the spa. We have been to massage envy before and that's honestly where I was gonna go this time, but I was trying to do an elevated experience that was outside of a corporate place but honestly, I think even the value at massage envy is greater than here because again with those prices to not be happy it's just crappy honestly it took me a while to write the review because I didn't want to seem Like I didn't enjoy the time with my mom.
