The way it should be. I got to my appointment at exactly 11:00am and I was inside by 11:20am and out by 12:00pm. Considering that this was my first time there and I had to fill out paperwork and then give in detail my entire medical history (which for me was a lot) I find that to be relatively quick. I also felt that they listened to me as I was describing my issues, my history and my concerns. They even have valet for $3.00. I have a follow up in 8 weeks. I will update my review then on how well everything is working. As of right now I am very happy with my new dermatologist.

If this is how they handle basic scheduling and patient communication, I honestly don't feel confident trusting them with something as serious as this treatment. Extremely disappointing experience. I'm switching offices because this was a total waste of time.
