I've been here so many times and every time I've had an amazing experience. I first started coming here for facials but have recently had AMAZING results on OZEMPIC. I had some Lip fillers done by Bernice a few months ago, I'm pretty brave when it comes to procedures like this but it was my first time and wasn't sure if it would be painful. Not happy at all!!!!! I went because they have a "promotion" on Dysport. I wanted to give it a try because, since I've beenusing botox for over 20 years I thought it wasn't lasting that long. I've got 90 units of Dysport (something like that) after 15 days my face was almost the same, you could barely see the changes. They've told me that maybe I was doing something different or that I was under stress. :S (first time hearing botulinum toxin not working after 15 days). The nurse recognized that she might had been wrong with the units, and that I needed a re-touch, and that I had to pay for it. (first time paying for retouch, when the practitioner was the one who made the mistake). I told the practitioner that I didn't want to pay more for something that was not working. (apparently Dysport was not working for me). She suggested a five units retouch, and I agreed. "MIRACOUSLY" 5 units worked against 90, in 5 days. (first time- more units -didn't work, second time- much less units- it worked). Maybe because it was a "promotion", they didn't use the right product the first time ,or I didn't get the units I paid, or maybe it was diluted. I don't know. After all that, my face is still uneven, one eyebrow moves and the other one is flat. Am I going to keep paying for the "mistakes" of other people? Definitely not read more

Recently, I developed what turned out to be heat rash on my forehead. It was red and bumpy so I thought it was acne. Thankfully Bernice suggested I visit Jessica, who did her magic. Jessica customized a facial with 1) dermaplaning, 2) an added mask and 3) something called astrodome. Let me tell you, that astrodome was magic. It utilizes special lighting and oxygen to help with skin cell turnover and provides other benefits. The redness on my forehead was significantly reduced after the facial. And, the rash was pretty much gone in a couple of days (which is great because I had a few in-person events and couldn't exactly wear a cap). I 1000% recommend Skin Damsel. Don't know what you need? I've been going to Zara for a few years now. When I first went to her I had a little bit of Botox and lip filler once but that's it. I was not impressed with the first place I went to. I decided to give Zara a shot and I am so glad did! I went in for two small treatments and now over a dozen treatments later and I feel like she has made me 5-10 years younger looking than what I looked like 5 years ago! Yes the products have helped enhance my look but I feel that it is the talent of the injector that is much more important. Absolutely love Skin Damsel. Jessica and Bernice are joyful sisters who work together; Bernice (registered nurse) does primarily the injections and more invasive procedures while Jessica (esthetician with 6 yrs experience) specializes in lash lifts and lash extensions. I was treated with such great customer service and my needs were listened to! Bernice gave me a wonderful facial and my skin is GLOWING. I have very sensitive and fragile skin and Bernice was extremely delicate. She is very clean and she pays attention to detail. She even began my facial with a FaceTime call with a physician prior to my session so that I could have an opportunity to address questions or concerns! She followed up with me after the session to make sure I wasn't having any complications. I also went in for lash extensions with Jessica. I usually do not like extensions because they typically look extremely false or too obvious. But I expressed my concern to Jessica and SHE LISTENED! My lashes are subtle and beautiful. Others have told me they see a difference, but that they can't pinpoint what that difference is. AND THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR! Thank you, Bernice and Jessica, for a wonderful experience.
