I had a PCA peel two days ago because my face was looking dehydrated and beginning to show signs of aging. My skin peeled slightly yesterday, and when I woke up this morning, I had the most amazing complexion. My skin looks a decade younger. My smile lines on one side are completely gone. The smiles lines on the other side have majorly receded. I literally could not believe how beautiful I looked in the mirror today with no makeup on. I work and go to school full-time, and I overlook that my body and mind require a break to rejuvenate, too. I'm from Los Angeles and my friends and I went to Mammoth for a snowboarding trip. Since I am pregnant I had to pass on snowboarding and find something else to occupy my time. I decided to treat myself to a facial and massage. Fianna was so professional and friendly. I called her earlier in the week and she was already booked but she somehow managed to rearrange her schedule and squeezed me in. We started off with a massage, which was amazing. It was my first "prenatal" massage. She made me feel super comfortable and was still able to provide the amount of pressure that I like. After my massage I had a very thorough facial. I'm from out of town and wanted to get a Brazilian. Very professional and uses two different waxing techniques to be sensitive to the part of skin being waxed. Not too expensive either, very reasonably priced! Also, very sanitary, I've had a bad experience with that in the past (not what you want when getting a Brazilian...) Fianna is a Mammoth Lakes gem. I called her last minute for a brow & Brazilian wax, and not only was she able to fit me in same day but it was also the best Brazilian I've ever had. She is super thorough and professional. Usually for me, Brazilian waxed can be painful, however, I was shocked how painless this experience was. She used both regular and hard wax, and the whole thing worked out great in the end. I ended up also booking an in-home massage for my boyfriend and I later on the trip, too, which was wonderful after several days of hiking and running. I wish I had booked a longer session, the hour was amazing. The pressure was perfect and she helped with a few nagging injuries we've both been dealing with for a long time.
