They should strongly consider CHANGING THE NAME to NOT SO PERFECT THREADING &HENNA! The work I received here was AWFUL and I will never go back. They use me a redo and I have yet to return!! I recently posted these pics to FB, went back to edit and the post owner had removed them...smh. They do not want you to see the truth ! I was OVERCHARGED 35.00 for something my 3 yr old nephew could have done . In less than 24 hours the design began to fade . There were gaps , crooked lines and unfinished lines in my design just to name a few concerns. I kept the henna on as long as humanly possible , almost 5 hours thinking it needed more time to set . NOT!! The henna is cheap, old or both and I would not be surprised if it were the latter . Do not waste your time or your money ! In fact draw it your self ... you'd probably do a better job with both eyes closed and one hand behind your back . read more

So I brought my 14 old daughter to get her eyebrows done. Remind you she 14 and does chores around the house to earn her allowance. So I waited in the car for her and she comes out says they wont take her quarters that added up to five dollars I told her I didn't have any cash they have to take the five dollars she went back in and the manager came out and said absolutely was not going to take quarters and made her walk across the parking lot to the donut shop to exchange her quarters for a five dollar bill what kind of business is it that my daughter was using her own money That she earned doing chores and should not matter if it was in quarters pennies whatever it's still money when have you ever heard of a business that will not except quarters and be so rude about it I didn't want the police called on me that's why I stayed outside. I went in for my first time yesterday and I loved it. It's sooo pretty inside and clean. The threading girl did an amazing job and overheard me and my friend talking about how I prefer to wax my upper lip because it doesn't hurt as bad. So she said let me try it I promise it won't hurt. I got my eye brows done here and not many people know about this place because its hidden behind wendys. I came here every 2 three months and the ladies know how to do it right! Not to thin or thick! I didn't tell them how i wanted it they automatically knew what they were doing. They give your eyebrows a faded look and i get soo many compliments from my school which made me want to go and again and again. I come here often as a regular but this is the second time they ruined my eyebrows. They were completely different shapes and lengths. I went back to get it fixed and she had not said one word to me and attempted to fix ONE eye brow by removing barely any hair. They were still not the same, I was not asked if i was satisfied she just said next. No refund offered. No apology. Terrible experience. Not reccomended and not returning.
