He asks you to watch him set up as well as break down after the fact so you see all new needles and gloves etc. When he is all finished you see him properly dispose of everything. The in side looks like the vast majority of tattoo parlor out there. The outside isn't much to look at but no big deal. I would have given him 5 stars but he is located on the far side of Sterling and I can't stand Sterling/ Rockfalls area. Wish he was in Dixon or the like but it's all good.

Everything was super relaxed, and any moms reading this - they offer Tandem piercing (two piercers at once)! So we were all done in just a few minutes. Easy.
