The studio itself is so cute, super clean & has such a warm feminine welcoming vibe. Everyone was beyond sweet and made me feel really comfortable. Salem did my back dermals & they ended up being more difficult than expected (superrr painful) but she was extremely patient & handled everything with so much care & compassion. I've been having a rough few months mentally & I got these to cheer myself up so it meant a lot :) You can tell they truly care about their clients and creating a safe environment. I would definitely recommend to anyone. I wish they allowed videos bc Id love to promote!!! people need to know about this gem of a place

Let them know I'd be coming after work (literally told them I get off at 7:15 in Elgin) she said sounds good. Yesterday I get there at 7:45 and they were gone! No one was there. Called and sent them a fb message. Not once did anyone mention they stop taking walk in at 7:30pm. I drove 25 min each way. Gas is around $5 a gallon. Their response was even crazier. Blaming being short staffed on Sunday but that was irrelevant. Then also told me I have to pay for new jewelry even if it is their fault on sizing. I wanted to love them so bad. The shop is so cute and the girls are sweet. But the lack of communication is ridiculous. Especially since I messaged them before 7:30pm yesterday to say I'm coming!

I live 2 1/2 hours from the shop, but I refuse to go to anyone else! Sal has always been able to take my idea and turn it into the perfect tattoo. His work is just beautiful! The shop is so very welcoming. The artists are professional, yet friendly and laid back. Everything is clean and well set up. I am already looking forward to getting another tattoo sometime in the future.

I went in less than a week ago to get my flat pierced (another form of helix piercing). I never…read morewrite reviews but I saw two others like my experience and wanted to share. The piercing was fine for the first 48 hours, but after, it started to throb tremendously. I have 14 other piercings including a conch, and have never experienced this pain. It got so bad I had to go to another tattoo shop to have it looked at. Turns out the jewelry was not medical grade and the post was so short, the swelling had caused the infection to form in the newly pierced skin. I ended up having to go to urgent care to get on antibiotics for the infection as my lymph nodes in my neck were swollen. I am extremely unhappy as I have heard so many great things about this shop. Plastic isn't for new piercings.
