Around 4, she came out with her previous client, checked her out, and booked her next appointment before bringing me back. I totally understand that appointments can run over, and things happen, but I felt like there wasn't much acknowledgment of the delay or consideration for my time. Thankfully, I didn't have anywhere else I needed to be, but if I had, it could have been frustrating. I think what stood out to me most is that if I had shown up 15 minutes late, I likely would have been charged a fee or asked to reschedule. I believe that same respect for clients' time should go both ways. With that being said, I probably won't be back. The space was beautiful and the shop was cute though.

I went in and got a hydrafacial, my skin feels so clean! my pores have felt so clogged for a while and I knew only professional help would get me the results I wanted! I was treated by Liz she was so welcoming and friendly and fed my brain was so much useful information about how to properly care for my skin. she made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole treatment. Kristen is an amazing aesthetician who makes you feel comfortable and welcome. She will walk you through the process as she works, makes sure nothing is too hot or too cold, and even has her own aftercare setup that is out of this world! I do sugaring and while getting waxed isn't my favorite activity, Kristen makes it pretty darn close to painless. She works very quickly and efficiently, and is great conversation if you'd like it. The aftercare is so nice, you get a warm towel compress, an anti bacterial/anti microbial spritz (doesn't hurt) and her own blend of oils to soothe and calm the skin after a wax.
