Eunice was recommended to us, as I also have been going to the coinciding hair salon (Hair News-please see my other review!) for many years. And, she is fabulous! My mom comes here a few times a month for facial treatments for the last 4-5 years, and her skin is flawless. She comes back from skincare with her face glowing and fresh looking. I know only the best products and high quality service is used. For me, I have come for a few facials as well as removal of a few skin things (underlying acne bumps and small not too deep moles). Eunice spends about 1-2 hours on me with fixated detail and precision, and she is very attentive to make sure I'm comfortable and not in pain. Her price is well worth her time and service to you! So what... I'm paying an injector more than my lawyer or a surgeon? No thank you.

I haven't had a service done here so this review is not about that…read more I came in to ask if I could do a quick acne injection and they were fully booked for the day so I opted to come in the next day. Front desk mentioned a deposit was needed and I was happy to pay that, but then she said that I might as well pay the full amount while I'm there. So I paid the full amount for the service. Something came up the next day and it wouldn't have been worth injecting a zit days later. So I called to cancel and am then told they couldn't refund me. I can still come in and get the service done any time, but since it was for a one time acne lesion, I won't really be needing it. Plus I work at a nearby med spa and was only in the area. It would have been nice if someone told me upfront that if I cancelled, my money would be kept. Especially because I understand that being the case for the deposit, but I was encouraged to pay the full amount and all of it was kept. Of course I couldn't dispute the charge because it's in their fine print... A little upfront honesty and clarity would have gone a long way though.
