horrible service! I showed up to my appointment on time find the entrance to the building. I called their customer service and was connected with an AI robot that took forever to connect me to the store. 10 minutes later. I finally reached someone at the store. Possible to come in and we can reschedule for a different day even though I did a 40 minute ride and give him a heads up. Do not recommend there's way better locations than this. read more

The Midtown office was a hot mess because that guy did extra stuff to my face did not warn me about how much it cost and he just went and had his way on my face again and didn't tell me it was all this extra money. the location here in Buckhead so far has been OK but it's just that I can't see we're spending $250 a month some people probably more for this membership and then they still got their hands out for tips. It's just too much money and I think the company is it's just a money grab. I know I will not be returning as a customer once my membership is up, I'm locked into this thing for right now, but I can't wait to get out of it. read more

Took my mom here to get a facial after having one. Andrea was great. My mom had to see Mia, and Mia was so disrespectful, had a nasty attitude, was disgusting, and provided terrible customer service that we left. I would not recommend this place now. If Maya is working there, I would avoid seeing her at all costs. I would recommend Andrea, but do not see Mia if you have her run. read more
