I first met with Mandy Ramer who did my initial consultation. My skin was analyzed and we immediately got down to business to discuss a long term treatment plan balanced with some quick improvements (tox!). I found Mandy to be very knowledgeable, confident, and fun! She addressed every question, made recommendations, and put a plan together with me that was built uniquely for me. I appreciated that she didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need. We chose full facial balancing with full facial tox for my immediate treatment and for my long term treatment plan, we selected a series of PRF treatments, microneedling, and moxi/BBL to address my skin texture and volume concerns. We also chatted how to level up my skincare game at home. A month after my appointment with Mandy, I had my first Moxi/BBL with Liz Shivley. I hated the idea of having to find a new injector after mine stopped practicing, but I got so lucky finding Mandy! She is fabulous, SO sweet, and super knowledgeable. I've seen her twice now--for masseter tox and a follow-up/touch-up. I asked her opinion on whether she thought I was ready for more cheek filler or could add a bit of a lid lift, but she was honest and ethical that she didn't think I was ready for either just yet, and advised it made more sense to hold off until I was due for the other areas I'd had some just 2 months ago by my previous injector. She actually suggested considering chin filler, which I've not done before, to balance out my lower face and was really thorough and meticulous in explaining why and how that may be a pretty approach to adding to my cheeks, without being pushy whatsoever. Some injectors would have been happy to just say yes and find more things to add, but she is clearly conservative and intentional in her approach which I deeply appreciate. The suite itself is beautiful and comfortable and the ease of booking online or with their AI chat bot is unmatched. I'm relieved I found Mandy and CULT after years of being loyal to my previous injector.
