Leon and Val are amazing individuals. They explain the entire process and put you at ease. Love how honest and straight forward they are, it's much appreciated since it's a hard trait to find nowadays. The only downfall is the wait time, we were there for a few hours. However, we stayed until after closing time and they were nice enough to offer us pizza (who doesn't like pizza?). Their pricing is also reasonable! Which is a bonus. I look forward to getting my future tattoos here :)

You're not only a customer there, the extraordinary staff - from owner to apprentices- truly make you feel like family. There's lots of fun and professionalism going on and I loved every minute of my tattoo session there - yes, even the painful ones. Great people to work with, great atmosphere, clean shop. Can't wait to go back - special credits to Charles who is not only incredibly talented but also very pleasant to work with :)

The Piercer was amazing and professional and clean. My son is not a fan of needles and of course this is right in front of his eyes. He closed them and did great til the end- and this is where the piercer shined. My son immediately afterward went white and clammy. Without any reaction but "you're fine, it's done, you were great, I'm here" encouragement, she sprang into action in the smoothest way possible- grabbed the trash bin, stepped to the faucet and got wet paper towels and applied the to his forehead, back of neck and lower back. All while being so kind and positive. (My son is know for getting sick after needles of any kind- even tho the procedure is over!). She was easy conversation, and just made the whole process smooth and efficient all while being cool as a cucumber!

The location in Elevator Spaces was a bit confusing to get to, but she came down to get us and show us to her studio. We had a great convo before the tattoos, and her space was so dang cute. Lots of quirky and colorful fun decor, clean, and the music made a calming atmosphere. She's great with making sure we felt comfortable and asked if we needed breaks. They gave me what I needed to care for my piercing instead of telling to go buy something and they said that if I had any issues, like it coming out, to just stop by and they would take care of it. They also said when I'm easy for a change, they would do it, which will be soon. They also had a really awesome selection of nose jewelry I hadn't seen anywhere else other than the regular rhinestone studs. I was given aftercare instructions and they sent me home with a bottle of saline and aftercare sheet. They were really good about answering my questions and were all very friendly.
