This was my 3rd time doing microneedling with PRP injections and unfortunately, will be my last. My 1st experience in Jan 2021 was pretty awful. The nurse forgot about me and I was left numbing for over 2 hours!!! She was injecting Botox in another patient, taking a lunch break, chatting, etc. She was also not friendly and very gruff. The entire appt was over 3 hours long which I was not planning for more than an hour, with my child being watched by someone else, and they asked me to leave her a tip after! I gave her $20 cash and immediately felt that was wrong after and angry at myself for being pressured to tip a NURSE at a Med Spa performing a medical type of service (blood draw, injections etc) which is supposed to be unethical and she clearly did not go above and beyond. I did end up liking the results after, though, so I gave them another chance in Oct 2022. This new nurse was better. I did think it was sloppy that she didn't remove my makeup prior to putting the numbing cream all over my face. That resulted in a huge acne breakout which defeated the purpose of the microneedling but the PRP injection results were good. And I was in and out in an hour. I went back for the third time in Feb 2025. This new nurse was extremely nice and I loved her vibe. No issues with the microneedling portion or the PRP process, she did a great job in the lips even though I found it odd I had to request that this time yet it was done automatically the other two times. However, I was left with two black eyes after the PRP injections! It has been HORRIBLE. In both past experiences the downtime was only 24 hours so I gave myself 48 and planned this accordingly. But my severe bruising occurred during Super Bowl weekend and over Valentine's Day. The office keeps telling me the bruising I experienced is "normal" even though it's my third time doing this with them. I spend $315-350 every time I do this and used a Groupon. I have asked for a refund. They are refusing to refund my card. Instead they continue to tell me my extreme bruising is normal and it "happens." They offered to have me come in to do two tiny zaps of IPL under my eyes at no cost, but that didn't do anything for the bruising and was more work than it was worth. The most they are willing to give me is a $234 CREDIT. I have said I want either a full refund to my card or full credit I can use toward PRF with another injector but honestly not sure that's a great idea anymore after no response via email for days. I'm just overall not happy with my experience. read more

I've been going to this place for years, same treatments, never this outcome. Worst experience ever. I was just getting a bit of filler on my lip line, which I've done many times. My face is swollen as fuck and bruised extremely bad. The person doing the injecting shot filler into my mouth twice because she "went too deep", her words. I understand if you get your lips fully injected this type of bruising, /swelling happens, I've had it done, but never this bad, this is traumatic for such a small amount getting injected on your lip line only. It was like a .2 on each side. I left my injector a $100 tip, because I believe you should tip for service, but this?? FIND ANOTHER PLACE. I would like a full refund. read more

Highly recommend: I heard an advertisement for kybella on the radio and was super interested. I have never been to a med spa or done anything like this but was even considering surgery for my double chin. My friend recommended this place to me, long story short. I honestly don't understand how this place has so many great reviews. I almost never write reviews publicly much less negative ones but I felt the need to share my experience. I'm only giving 2 stars because Kim, the manager, was the only person who had provided any semblance of good service. When I had come in for my appointment, I wasn't greeted by anybody. There were a few women standing around behind the desk chitchatting, when they heard me walk in I barely got a glance in my direction before they went back to their conversation. I had to actually ask to get someone's attention at the desk, even when I walked up they continued on. The nurse who did my injections didn't even introduce herself. She was in such a rush I almost wanted to walk out. I had scheduled to get some Botox in my forehead in addition to my other service and she tried to talk me out of it because of my eye shape. I have done more than enough of my own research, and I ended up not doing the Botox because the nurse had zero confidence in the result. At this point I really wish I would have just left. I couldn't believe how condescending she was. I wish I could at least say that my results are good. I can't. My lips are SO uneven I can hardly stand to look at myself. I wasn't even offered a mirror afterwards! One side is more rounded and wider and the other is pointy and has more of a slant. The worst thing is that I now also have a huge scallop-like indent in my lip line whenever I purse my lips! I followed aftercare to a T and this isn't my first experience with cosmetic injections. Now I'll have to go spend even more money to have it corrected - and that money will definitely be spent elsewhere. Truly disappointing to say the least. Word to the wise - trust your gut if you don't have a good feeling about the person doing your injections!! read more

Per a friend's recommendation, I went with my sister and we both got the permanent eye brow makeup by Carlos. I was always against permanent makeup since I see those older ladies that look like they drew it on with a marker but my friend's looked like natural hair. A lot did come off the first time but he included a free touch up and so far so good! I just did the touch up yesterday but already leaving a review because I'm sure I'll be happy as I have way more eyebrows now then before lol. It makes you look younger and cuter! My sister and I both had thin brows due to several accidents as kids of having them shaved off from a fall onto concrete. The procedure hurts a little during, even with the numbing, but easy 3 day recovery after where you can go to work same day. Also the staff is soooo nice! Carlos even let us bring our service animal chihuahua, let us eat during our procedure, has great taste in the music he plays and is just really great company :) Oh we also got a multivitamin and B complex shots there and the whole thing was very reasonably priced. They did give us a discount for the brows so with tip, was around $200. read more

I've been to this location numerous times because I purchased a facial package. I definitely will not purchase another. Every time I go, there is a new aesthetician. This last time, I was with someone new to the salon but who supposedly has experience. The room was dark. She had no ring light or anything. I got a dermaplane facial like I always do and she nicked me several times. I have 6 superficial cuts on my chin and one above my lip. I'm not going back and would NEVER even consider getting injectables or laser done there after this last experience. Do better! read more

Was supposed to have a consultation this morning. Told to be there at 845am. Got there at the designated time to find the door locked. After a couple minutes of knocking on the door and calling the office, the injector walks up and says unapologetically that the manager is going to be late and she (the injector) doesn't have a key. Why is it okay for both of these women to be late, but the client needs to be there early? Totally unprofessional and no respect for the clients time. No call to let me know they would be late, no apologies from the injector. I left and decided my money will be better spent at LaVida Med Spa for years to come. I've been going to Drops Of Beauty for about 1 year for Botox. Each time I go I have a new nurse doing my Botox. I feel like the nurse does not place the injection of Botox on the right area each time I explain to her what area and amount I want per area example 2,2,2 or 2,2,1 I did small amount at first then I increased in the amount of Botox because I felt as if it was not being placed correctly and I feel as if I need return before the 90 days is up to get retouch again. It sounds like nothing has changed if you have the same people untrained in certain aspects performing botox and juvaderm. 5 different people gave me almost the exact same advise and unfortunately remover is extremely painful. I've been coming to this location since they opened in 2012 (see my review under 2 Drops of Beauty; they're under new management & were renamed recently). Kim, the manager is the best. Totally sweet, compassionate, and full of good advice. Sassy has always been my favorite injector, but I recently went to Dianne and she was awesome!! She has the gentlest touch, skilled eye, and is & an expert at her art & science. Injections (especially fillers) are no joke: they are a somewhat risky medical procedure that includes pain, swelling, bruising, & recovery time. But I have total trust in Drops to mitigate all the risks and make me feel awesome. read more

Edit: rarely do medspas (or any business for that matter) try to amend a bad experience for a guest but this place not only reached out to address the issue but went above and beyond to make up for the appointment. I was really surprised at how quickly the manager Kim got in touch with me after I posted this review. She was so kind and empathetic towards me about my experience and invited me to come back and try out the services with another staff member. I could tell that she really cares about her clients and really believes in their business as well. As I said previously, this clinic was so beautiful and the other staff was gorgeous, so I was inclined to give it another shot. I was also advised that the woman I wrote the review about (whom I think all the less than 5 star reviews were about) no longer works there. Relief! On my next visit I went in for Dysport. I met Kim, the manager and she was so lovely and kind, the rest of the staff was just as lovely as the last time. The nurse I saw was ridiculously amazing. I've been to soooo many medspas and I've had so many treatments done but this nurse (I wishhhhh I could remember her name) is already my favorite injector. Talking to her was relaxing and the conversation was hilarious. She was so knowledgeable and didn't make me feel rushed, she took her time explaining everything to me. I went after work and this was easily the best part of my day. She was so gentle too. I don't know what her technique is to minimize pain but it's incredible! I scheduled another appointment to go back and try micro-needling again. I'm so glad Kim called me and I'm so glad I gave this place another shot. This will definitely be my go-to medspa. I got permanent eyeliner done by Carlos about a year ago and it still looks amazing! It's a fantastic investment which saves time and money in the long run. I recently went to Hawaii and loved the fact that I didn't have to wear any eye makeup and didn't have to worry about my eyeliner smearing from the humidity and swimming in the ocean. Dang. I just wrote a long review, but apparently didn't finish it correctly, and now it's gone. Basically - I don't recommend this facility. I had to go back 3 times and don't know what the final outcome of my Dysport injections will be. I had 100 banked. 45 were injected in mid-November, but did nothing. I went back mid-November. They injected 37 more, but a month had passed and there isn't a cumulative affect, so it did nothing. I went back again and explained that it has been 6 weeks, which means the first 45 are at the end of their lifespan and I've had no improvement. They did make it right with the injection of another 60 units. I don't yet know what the results will be, but I've had a new injector every time I've gone. They also have a discount club that costs $200 a year, which made Restalyne $500 and Voluma $500, but now both are on sale for less than $1000. I paid $1200 just 2 weeks ago. Apparently the club doesn't offer much benefit. The staff is great, but the policies will prevent me from returning. If you do go, get on the email list and wait for a sale. Make sure you know what their dilution practices are. Make sure you know how many units are in the needle and watch what they write down. read more

I had a consultation with Kathryn which she had said I have lips she's not use to. They are different and odd shaped with a sunken fold. Said she's not sure about them. Then said we will be subtle. I said since you don't appear confident in the injection and haven't worked on lips like mine before we can skip the consultation and I can go elsewhere for that (as I'm use to Corrina who had been AMAZING before, and recently left to go to another business). She said, first of all I have 9 years experience Injecting. She asked if I had the covid shot. Was Insulting, non informative to what I need and invasive on my hippa privacy I feel. Didn't numb with swab before Botox what I'm use to. Just the lips she used a gel. Gave me info on advalight and it was in Spanish. I informed her and she said that's all we have but you get the gist by the pictures. I wanted to stick with the medspa because I already signed up for their membership, but after that horrific experience plus my last appointment where I waited 2 hours due to them overbooking, I will be going to the spa that Corrina currently works at. I started to come here about a year ago. Referred by a friend and seen they had great groupon deals monthly. Then here since I've been a fan of this spa. I have many options to pick a area that is near me, but yet I still choose to drive 45 mins to an 1hr from my house because I love how the service is and the great quality of work is performed. I get laser for my hair and am hooked because I've had bad experiences in the past with other spas, but place has great updated machine and Ruby is AMAZING!!!! At what she does. I had signed up for membership and I get to choose a facial as a sign up bonus and OMG Ruby brought her A game and she also my laser lady. This place is such a great find! I've tried so many different services there. I highly recommend laser hair removal with Liz. She uses the Soprano Ice laser. It's painless and very effective! Definitely ask for Liz. I also tried the lash lift and tint. I loved this option as opposed to lash extensions. Liz did a great job and my results lasted around ten weeks.
