Setting that aside, it was somewhat easy to find if you know the area & the local pharmacy to which it is attached. Scheduling was easy & goes thru HQ CLW w/pleasant & kind staff. Pharmacy greeted & walked me to a waiting hall & announced my arrival. After a brief wait & upon adjusting my expectations. I was ushered into a well lit room w/floor to ceiling windows (may have shades) regardless. I quite liked it--not a stark, drab room. With that said, register & treatment lounger occupied the same space. Felt cramped & w/4 ppl in the room. Stage set: Nilam introduced herself & answered questions patiently. (Protip: ask questions b4 they start sticking needles in your face. training, experience, knowledge imp) After examining my mug, went over treatment plan. Did I mention it was Botox appt? Nilam took requisite pix & discussed aftercare. PLUS offered a guarantee--after 2 weeks I could return for tweak if needed. Unheard of! Had I not left FL the next day--would have gone in. All in all, a good appt w/a lovely & skilled RN. But try HQ CLW for the med spa experience.

Instead of making any real effort to reach out or clarify the situation, they went straight to sending me a termination letter. This kind of cold, careless approach shows a total lack of respect or concern for patients. For a medical office, it's absolutely unacceptable. If Allure Gynecology believes that a single text message counts as adequate communication, they seriously need to rethink their standards of patient care.
