I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Face2Face Spa. My mother got me a facial for my birthday, and she chose this place because she thought it was close to me and my work. I had never heard of this place before, but when I tried to call to make a reservation, their phone line didn't answer. I tried multiple times over several days and couldn't get ahold of anyone, so I ended up booking online. They showed that they were open on New Year's Day, so I booked my appointment then since the other times available didn't work with my work schedule. Four days later, I got an email saying they canceled my appointment--no call or text to follow up. So, I tried calling again and still couldn't reach anyone. I ended up booking again online and got a text two hours before my appointment telling me it was canceled again, this time because the woman who was supposed to do my facial didn't have a ride to work. Then, in the same text, they said she had COVID. The way they texted, with no apology and no advance notice, made everything feel suspicious. After being canceled on twice, I had to reschedule yet again. Then, they canceled on me a third time, claiming they didn't have power. I completely understand that things happen, but the lack of communication and how everything was handled was frustrating. The location is hard to find--no clear signs, and I had to walk through grass and under trees just to find the door. Luckily, someone in the parking lot pointed me in the right direction. Once inside, the lady at the front desk was rude and didn't even greet me properly. The person supposed to do my chemical peel was unclogging the toilet while I waited for my appointment, and I honestly had no idea if she washed her hands before performing the facial. The facial itself was fine, but I didn't experience any peeling from the chemical peel. I left a tip and said goodbye, but the front desk lady didn't even acknowledge me. I found this place through Groupon when I was looking for a teeth whitening deal. Booking was easy as they have an online scheduler so it was easy for me to pick what time and day I wanted and it only requests a little information. You do have to put in a credit card or debit for cancelation purposes but you are not charged. You will get an email confirmation as well as a text. The plaza is one long building that has two sides to it and of course I pulled into the wrong side first so had to drive out and then back in on the other side. They are down at the very end and the outsides all have small signs but with suite numbers. I was greeted by Robbin who also did my teeth whitening. You sign a waiver and then immediately head back. I was in the back room that is used for multiple services but not at the same time. She went through the steps as she did them and then gave me a clicker in case I needed her for anything. She set it for 30 minutes and said she would be back to check on me to make sure everything was good then and then I'd do the remaining 30 minutes. She turned out the light and left me with soothing music playing in the background. Honestly, I fell asleep so that was great. She checked on me and then restarted the machine and left. Another short nap. Afterwards while I was cleaning up and washing out my mouth we chatted and she was really sweet and you could tell she has a big heart. She went over details on what I should expect from the whiting as it will continue to lighten over the next 24+ hours and that I could not eat or drink anything with color. I figured you dark soda or anything red but it really is anything. I am SOOO happy she took time to name several food items because I was planning on having spinach with dinner and that is a no no. I don't want to stain my freshly whitened teeth. As we were walking out she advised that I was already all set because she already applied my Groupon so I was good to go. read more

When I just found out that there was a Groupon for this place for 109$ for stem cell facial that usually is 284$ in other places I've seen I was debating it then decided "Whatever i'll give it a try because I saw it was good for your skin". For how cheap the groupon was I was debating if this was real. When I tell you this place did have a nice environment and nobody's perfect but it is hard to get on the phone to schedule but honestly when I did actually get on the phone it was a pleasurable experience. I had to track them down to make sure the groupon was real because I didnt want to get scammed. She was super polite when I was able to get her and she helped me schedule an appointment I confirmed and she said I'm in the schedule. Once past that roadblock the location does not have a sign until you find the location and its out of the way a bit and I was confused but once inside I realized its a clean and beautiful place honestly. Nicole was doing my Stem Cells and I realized her mother was behind the desk but was also the person that was answering and also doing the teeth appointments and have running the shop for years. "Thats why the phone was hard to get shes probably doing an appointment". Did the stem cell with Nicole and realized that Nicole knows everything there is to know about the field it was honestly very impressive. Gave me a really good explanation and went above and beyond to just help me understand the procedure and the mat was heated as well so it was nice. I appreciated a rundown of everything you should be doing because the service was so nice I realize that so many people just find a home in the people that run the shop. Yes it can be hard to find them and setting a appointment is a struggle. But the service I got was insanely cheap for a procedure that would cost an arm and a leg in this economy and it was done to perfection in my opinion. She literally explained every step and I actually learned how to fix a certain spot on my face and its already working. 4 STARS Honestly, the main reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because it's pretty hard to get them on the phone and schedule an appointment. They always seem so busy, which I totally understand, but it can still be a little frustrating when you're trying to plan things out. Once you actually reach them, though, they're really polite and helpful, so it's worth the extra effort. Another small hiccup is that the place itself is tucked away and doesn't have a clear sign, so it's easy to get lost if it's your first time. But once you step inside, it's absolutely lovely--clean, inviting, and filled with knowledgeable people who really know what they're doing. And for how incredibly affordable the service is, I was beyond happy that the quality didn't suffer at all! Despite those minor issues, my experience was fantastic, and I'm definitely recommending this spot to everyone I known I'll be sending all my people here from now on!
