Just recently started seeing Carly and my skin has already improved. I've been following her skin care regimen for almost a month now and my overall tone has evened out and I have had significantly less breakouts. My skin actually feels as soft as a baby's butt now. Lea is amazing!! I'm such a convert and will do anything she says now. While I didn't come to Carly for acne resolution (which she specializes in), I did come to her with skin neglected for well over a decade. A natural skeptic I dropped in expecting to be sales pitched into a bunch of unnecessary products. I was completely taken aback by her refreshingly direct and matter-of-fact approach to both treatment and product recommendation. Carley is great and her prices are even better. I originally came here because I bought a groupon for a Brazillian, but I've been back since then and it was still a good experience. She uses strips, which I've never really liked before, but she's good enough that I'll continue going here. It's fairly quick, too. I don't give 5 stars very often, but this place certainly deserves it! I got my very first Brazilian at Skin+ with Carly. She did a wonderful job and really makes you feel comfortable. As it was my first time, I felt a little nervous, but Carly was very reassuring. Throughout the process, I felt as if I was just talking to another girlfriend, rather than a random stranger waxing me. Carly knows her stuff and is very knowledgeable at what she does. I find this very important for something as sensitive as a Brazilian wax, or anything in that area. You don't want someone who is just certified--you want someone who is an expert. The wax took very little time, although I never felt rushed. She makes sure to get all the hairs, so you're not left with patches. And the pain really wasn't as bad as I'd thought it would be. Also, I love that you can schedule an appointment online. The place is small and cozy. Honestly, if I wasn't getting waxed, I probably would fall asleep right on the bed!
